  1. It's very worrying that they get to choose the next PM.
  2. If you ever thought that the Tory membership were bonkers, the latest YouGov poll confirms it. 46% would be happy with Farage as their leader, 63% would accept Scottish independence as a price for Brexit, and 59% would take a united Ireland (so much for the "Unionist" bit of their name). Significant damage to the UK would be accepted by 61% and 54% said that the complete destruction of the Tory Party would be a price worth paying for Brexit.

  8. Can anyone believe a word he says? "The US president sparked an almighty row when he said that the “NHS or anything else, a lot more than that” would be in the sights of US firms in any deal. But later on Tuesday he directly contradicted himself, saying instead that “I don’t see it being on the table”. In an interview with ITV, Mr Trump added: “Somebody asked me a question today, and I say, ‘Everything’s up for negotiation’, because everything is, but I don’t see that being – that’s something that I would not consider part of trade. “That’s not trade.”
  9. Also, if the chicken was used in processed foods, would they tell you? It would probably be on a label in type about 1mm high.

  15. People who start every sentence with "so". People getting on the bus or at the supermarket checkout who suddenly realise that they have to pay and then spend ages fumbling around for purses, cash etc. People who can't find their seat at St Marys and stand in the gangway looking around with a puzzled expression. It a row number and a seat number, how difficult can it be?
  16. That's right. We got the same amount as Watford (who were on 10 times) even though we were only shown 8 times.

  21. Congratulations to Eastleigh, through to the semi-final of the National League playoffs after beating Wrexham 0-1 last night. They play Salford City away on Sunday. Solihull also in the semi-finals managed by Timmy Flowers.
  22. Those on this forum should have been at the Bournemouth game rather than fannying around in town.
  23. What are the thoughts on Gary Cahill? I know he's 33 but he's feeling unloved at Chelsea and would bring a wise head to our back line. Problem would possibly be wages and would Ralph prefer to go for a younger prospect?
