One thing that was alarming was that our passing accurancy was only 68% , 1 in 3 passes going adrift, that is awful

You have toremember that we are still very brittle after the long time of SMS not feeling home. It is a small step at a time so the players can start to fee they have things under control. Cedric is poor , whilst i I only saw highlights in the dying seconds when he slipped to leave ther fullback to have a shot, he didnt attempt at first to get back to him it was only when it rebounded that he rected which would have been too late. As for their goal it looked to me that cedric left too much between himself and our centreback s to alow Pukki in. Good finish to be fair. Long is so underrated by people here, whilst he is an awful finisher he must be awful to play against as he doesnt give up and at you all the time. Great leap for his header to set up Ryan as well.

Iam in no way condoning PA, but surely a lady who gets taken on a private jet and wined and dined should be aware why?

That's correct

I agree, I was under the impression that they had a wonderful backlog of films but no.

Are women really that worried that all dramas have to have this strong woman message. Personally i believe that woen are the stronger sex and so dont need to feel that they have to have this type of casting. The need for the woman being the strongest character ruined something that should have been brilliant but turned into a damp squib. All the males were pretty pathetic, and it was mildly amusing that when 'George' was going out to speak to the Martian, a woman so strong and apparently so in love let him go with hardly a whimper lol

Politicians lie or are economical with the truth , it has been so since the dawn of time it seems. Frankly, I am guilty of just scratching the surface of quotes and not delving in too deep to the small print. Most politicians use this knowing that the majority do the same, hence soundbites are so effective. We all have different pressures of life and so dont always have the time or interest to research (some on here do) I did research about Brexit and put on here early on how it would be impossible to get away with a decent deal as the Treaty was so stacked against us. Anyway it fell on deaf ears even on here and we are still having the fall out which will go on for decades. Basically lies work for politicians as in most things in life people dont like to hear the truth. So lying smooths it over and once they are in power a lot gets slipped through without notice, eg Blairs 'on a bad news day' some other nasty stuff was put through that the press were too busy to notice

I gave it a chance hoping it would get better but as you say the Colonialism bit etc was pathetic. You could see that a Doctor Who director was involved, but those Martians, I would love to see how they held a screwdriver to make a spaceship lol

What a dissappointing load ofgarbage. It it could have been so good. Awful abortion of a great book. Typical waste of licence payers money. As for the Martians like Edward Scissorhands on ice. Surely they could have written it closer to the real story rather than the romantic interest, when all along she knew he was dead!! It seems to me it was written by a 15 year old as an GCSE

Well perhaps you should have pointed that out to JC when he was interviewed by Andrew Neill. 'only those on 8k will pay more tax' I think his words were
-
I suppose when you own up to Corbyns lies, 'only those earning over 80k will pay more tax'

This disaster could easily have happened a few yearsearlier when Saints visited in the FA cup, for some resonwe took thousands up andthat end was a crush. It was pretty lucky somethig similar did not happen

He had the group of players who are in charge in the dressing room. Look at the players he brought in, yes Rodgers has blended them, but by now if we had kept him we would hve had a decent team. Sadly his lack of English and the fans not giving him slack cost him

schoolboy error there Mack, always best to wait until the games over lol

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Yep and I assume the others don't throw unrelated answers to questions lol -
ive watched the whole game on TV and don't think we were as poor as a lot have stated on here. You have to understand what nerve/being tense does to your game and there was so much pressure on the team. It was bound to affect the way we performed. JWP did get stuck in and did ok. Sky gave him mom and said it wasn't just down to his goal. Good to hear how much Kevin Phillips and Jamie Redknapp said how good the fans and atmosphere at the stadium could be. Funny how we have got revenge for the handball goal at Watford a few seasons back. Ings gave his all and it was good to see how much it meant to the players Hopefully now we have a monkey off our backs we can perhaps play a bit better at home

How many years does a try take to grow from a seed?? When people say plant a tree I always assume that it is a sapling. In theory I must plant 100,000s a year as the frigging great big copper beech I have in my garden shifts seeds every year

I just watched a bit of his car rash interview and noticed the same

I have no problem paying a bit more tax,if it finds the right destination. I would be happier if it meant more people lifted from paying tax at the lower levels. They work hard and need to feel it is worthwhile. Only last week someone I know was offered a promotion and payrise but turned it down as they would loss benefits ,is this how it all should work?

At the end of the day it seems to me that JC has a lot of time for the Palestinians and so may well not appreciate Israel. I myself have sympathy for the Palestinians as they do seem to get a raw deal. I didnt watch the interview but Corbyn was not on form it seems and had to admit it is not just the few who are going to be taxed, the low income taxpayers are as well to a tune of £250 minimum.

i have been surprised that people thought Boris did poorly. I thought he did well and got a good ovation at the end. As much as I wanted to dislike the Scot lady I thought she came across well. Swanson lol totally out of her depth

When I managed a couple of the forum games at SMS I met lots from here and without exception all were fantastic lads. Even Dubai Phil lol. Sadly a lot of them don’t post anymore. Brilliant couple of evenings
