Leeds fans in the 70's were despicable, probably the most racist with Chelsea, and being an away fan was not good
-
It would have been nice to sing to them after they were singing to us 'When the Saints go marching down' Perhaps 'Goodbye Cherries its so good to see you go back to where you belong '

I thought that our central defenders would be outmuscled and bullied like they did against WHam ,Burnley etc but they stood up and did the right things. Well done. The first 10-15 it was really frantic and scrappy but all of a sudden we started to play fluid football and then the goal came. I the 2nd half it was annoying that we were under pressure and kept launching the ball that gave them possession again. Once Armstrong came on he seemed to calm it a bit and we gained control again

I dont expect him to go, I would be very disappointed if so. The way Ralph was so disappointed when his chance didnt go in showed to me that he is very much keen on him. It was also nice to see Nathan tell him to keep him chin up.

Problem is that counter attacking teams require the opponents to attack. Thats why Chelsea have not been as good at home. If teams defend deep they can rely on our defence to mess up when they do come at us and then have something to defend before we mess up again. Whilst Im not 100% in favour of a big centre forward Giroud types do help. I have been keen on us getting Ivor Toney from Peterborough reminds me a bit of Cyrille Regis, strong and fairly decent in the air.

It was sickening as you could sense him trying to conceal his delight that Zaha the major threat limped off 'oh what a shame for the game'

The BBC news last night was a bit outrageous. Im not a fan of Trump but the way they potrayed the stadium being empty as though he hadnt drawn a crowd, but on their own website they had put up how kids on TikTok and another had ordered tickets to not go therefore to leave lots of empty seats. Whether you like him or not, that is not balanced reporting. BBC iplayer is brilliant and allows me to watch the brilliant This Country time and again

Im not missing the PL one bit and quite happy if it doesnt start up again this season
-
I wonder what risk there is with all the phlemn lying on the grass during a game
-
Sadly there will be quite a few whose relatives are in a care homecosting £1500 a week hoping the end is near. I also expect there are residents who also will be glad they have had a form of euthanasia

No , I am not missing professional football at al and im sure my blood pressure has been lowered due to none being played. How can a team go to say Manchester to play , there are no hotels to stay at and if a team even go by plane they wont be ready to play the same day. Its money only driving this. I think they should stop the season now and give Liverpool the title ( or else we will have 30 years of moaning, never an apology for us missing Europe due to their fans at Heysel) promote the top 2 from each division and have 5 teams relegated from the PL next season. 4 more games played next season. Obviously the same for the leagues below. It would also give Pompey the chance towin the JPT next season as it means a lot to those 50k fans who wanted to go to wembley

If we had lockdown earlier than we did it would not have been as effective as it has been now. People just cant cope. I feel so sorry for families in the high rise flats being cooped up. We have to ease restrictions to young people with kids so that they can go out and play

I noticed that and couldn't see why it was to be replayed on Sky unless their editor is a Skate. It wasn't a thriller and totally onesided so for the neutral a nothing watch. Ok there is an element of giantkiller, the plucky underdog and all that but no relevance at all to most fans.

self isolating from his family.... wonder if he still has company though lol

Luckily they have got lots of past experience to gain the right route from. Corbyn would have tried to talk to the virus, and get it to the negotiating table
-
100k a game, I think it also meant 30m to the local economy at one time. Perhaps the JPTtrophy will be cancelled

I hope I have made myself clear , that in no way do I condone rape. it is a disgusting act. The casting couch has got many an aspiring actress to the top and no doubt prevented truly talented ones who did not go down that route becoming famous

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/11/151110102147.htm I have been carrying copper coins in my pockets (not decimal) but old pennies from pre 1950 as they are high in copper content. Touch/rub them during the day and it may well help keep the virus at bay. There is no guarantee that this will work of course. The article I have pasted was in 2015 but still the theory must still hold, although I did know that viruses dont survive on copper wheras on stainless steel they can survive for days.

No consensual sex is repugnant and there is no excuse at all. I think it is a shame these women didnt come forward at the time to stop others going through what they did, or perhaps they waited to see if their careers were going to take off before shouting. Imaybe wrong and cynical but did all these young woman not realise why they were invited to such things and that they were there for a reason to not only imprve their careers? I remember a roast of Charlie Sheen (?) where William Shatner said to him, I dont know why you had hookers as there were always actresses around.

It seems to me that we really are missing Redmond and has it coincided with our loss of form
-
I suppose if the virus is deadly and it will affect the elderly most, once this is over we will get the Remainers canvassing for another Eureferendum as the leave vote will have been culled.
-
Yep thats him

If you dont watch it how do you know if it gets better?

The Pompey News reporter was on Talksport, smarmy **** and full of himself.
