  1. The defenders were holding the line , if all had kept the line the Brighton players would have been offside, unfortunately Vestergaard moved backwards and then they had the run on th rest of the defenders. That doesn't gloss over that it was a basic catch for a keeper. He had the whole of the box empty at time of the ball being played and only had to come out and collect the ball. He doesn't usually shy away from coming and punching, on this occasion it was a massive mistake
  2. Hi Mate, pleased to see your return, Im sorry to see what you went through and hopefully you can move on now.
  3. One was a defender the other a forward. I watched it and came to the same judgement as the 2 players. If you had watched Sky's analysis you would Im sure agree that he should have taken it. The game changed on that moment and for the first time since he as been inthe team I have blamed McCarthy.
  4. Clearly replied by someone who may of played in goal but frigging useless. Watch the professionals talking about it last night on Sky, they absolutely panned McCarthy and showed the world with their assessment what a poor mistake it was. So get back into your box and leave it to people who actually know about movement of the ball and being in the correct position
  5. He was on the6 yard line when the kick was taken and then he retreated back to his line as the ball came across, the header was about 7-8yards out, if he had kept his position he would have easily dealt with it. The idea of our defenders on the 18yard line is to gice all that space for him to collect or collect the ball. He was at fault and however you dress it up he was to blame.
  6. Last night Carragher said that people in the game say we are are a bottom part of the league in the reklegation fight, well if his poxy club didnt keep taking our players we wouldnt be like that.
  7. I like McCarthy but his mistake for the first goal by not coming for the ball cost us an easy victory last night.
  8. Hughes has inherited a poor squad. The fans get edgy when we are close to getting a result and this transmits to the players. When we were on our rise back up we were more relaxed,it is just in the last season or so that we have gone back to the bad old days
  9. I heard the Pomey fans crowing about taking 2500fns, Im pretty sure we took that many to an evening game there.
  10. your user name is apt Pond life. Funny how you Pompey fans only come here when things are rosy. Come back once you've lost a few games in a row.
  11. So you are saying it was an annoyed business partner who sent these 2, or our own security people?? This Novichok must be easy to get hold of.
  12. I had the same on FB . It was pretty funny what you put up and I took it
  13. The problem is that the person probably didn't like it to be known he thieved from Charity bins, also if I remember correctly he had kept it for some time as he was going to give it to her as a birthday present. That could be the reason for the time. I haven't read all about this bottle, but if it was unopened there must have been 2 bottles. Hence Elizabeth gardens being closed for a long period of time
  14. Yes you are correct that the evidence does not fit a guilty verdict in court, but you also made the assertion that it was all a smokescreen to take the focus away from the government. Therefore giving the impression that our own people have put nerve agent in our own city. Also at the same time giving credence to the fact that these 2 visited England to visit the cathedral, and then decide to walk past to Shell petrol station instead. If anyone is any good at photoshopping they could do the TripAdvisor thing with a picture of the shell garage and parody a visit to that.
  15. Yep , thanks I gave you praise on the thread on the lounge
  16. Rallyboy, you have a great sense of humour, are you really following the line that our own people would use a nerve agent in one of our own cities?? It is madness if so. I now live in the Salisbury area and experience what has happened to the City Therefore I feel pretty annoyed when I see such garbage.
  17. ...
  18. The trouble is that they call wolf all the time about how bad its going to be, quite often it peters out
  19. by putting mine on the favourites nd not coming in fresh each time has stopped me having the problem/annoyance of having to click off the settings every time
  20. Apparently that a speeding ticket is counted on the figures. Can anybody verify that?
  21. Good points. Butland looked uncharacteristically shaky the other night. A shame as I believe he is a very good keeper. McCarthy has hadhis recognition and hopefully his form maintains his place in the squad. Im not sure where this leaves Gunn!!!
  22. Im sure you all will be delghted that AlwaysSFC has done the majic and now I am clear of this aggro.
  23. A bit ageist there Jonnyboy. When I was young I wasnt a geek sitting behind a computer, I was out playing sport, building a good business and chasing more interesting things. My grandchild may be able to help but as only 7 may not on this matter.
  24. AlwaysSFC has also helped me fix it, …. I hope lol
  25. Come on be fair, when they kicked him when on the ground, he wasnt doing it to hurt him. The barristers should be up in front of the judge for such nonsense.
