  1. No that is too liberal. They had at least 5 years of glory days and so going out of league football would be fine by me....oh and lose FP ....in fact losing FP and playing elsewhere will be enough.
  2. if you are aiming that at me you again have shown you have no idea. Until the new manager came in MS was a negative midfielder, never did he run 70yards to finish an attack before, he has changed his role and may at last be showing true class. Forget not he was a defensive midfielder in front of one of the worst defences in the league. I at least have the backbone to admit I was wrong, unlike some I could point the finger at, lol
  3. They are starting to get some medicine, but the glorious Wembley visits and trophies is hardly been paid back on the back of 2-3 poor seasons. When they drop out of the league then they may have nearly got payback. They still up til the last few months have been fielding some decent players, they have not shown any remorse for screwing charities and small businesses and are still not dead.
  4. they need drums, bugles and Jerry Cottles circus to make an atmosphere so they have nothing to criticise
  5. iyho
  6. i was wrong and prepared to admit it, the reason he has changed my opinion is that the new manager has made him more effective ina more positive role
  7. I have in the past been scathing about Morgan, I now will concede that was a misjudgement. He seems to have become a different player since the new manager has arrived and now looks like a superb midfielder
  8. unfortunately for NA he had a blind spot when it came to RL being a top PL striker,in the end decisions/judgement like that cost him his job.
  9. thye got away with harassing the last lot of players to take cuts and feel they can do the same again

i think Jordan stayed at PFC as 1 he hoped for the job there and also RL wanted to keep Wigley?? or another. Jordan is the the consistant when HR is successful, take him away and HR flounders IMO
  11. it is amazing how the can fund such players. I can only assume they still have plenty of dosh in the bank to fund this. It may also point to the case that they will not attempt to come out of admin til the season ends so that the -10 does not get applied this season. the thinking being that if they can cling to L1 survival this season they can then get a decent squad ready for next season and hope to make a push for promotion. Why else throw good money after bad?

It was RL big mistake not bringing Jordan with HR. HR is nothing without Jordan, he instills a big of fear and fight into a squad. If he was in ur staff when HR was at SMS he would have added some steel into the team
  13. I suspect he has bought an option to purchase. They are a fantastic way to make a killing with a little outlay. If you have assets and ever sign up to an option to purchase you are stuffed until the time that is agreed is up. These can be written on the back of a fag packet, as long as you get an agreed price and date when it is til, the owner of the property cannot sell to anyone else whatever they are offered. i used it once and it was a great vehicle to buy, the owner of the property tried to gazump me but couldnt as it was registered and so his double dealing got him nowhere.
  14. if NC really believes that we can be top 4 , then he is bound to plan for a 45k stadium. In time there will be a lot of floating fans from Fareham etc to boost the gates, not everyone has a rabid hatred, especially if their local club is in the conference or L2. It all depends on success and then the fans will come, how many tickets could we have sold for Wembley JPT? get the pricing right and be successful and 40k min is possible. This season is not the one to really guage our potential.
  15. thats Spurs training ground isnt it?
  16. apparently they have 1300 tickets for the Bournemouth game. I assume both sets of fans are practicing 'stand up if you hate the scum' or 'if you hate the scum clap your fins'
  17. considering nobody knew who he was signing for, i think compensation was paid to Spurs? when he left Pompey. They were just in a rush to get the money in.
  18. What have you got against the letter a ?
  19. If Ho carried on as he had before he only posted when things were looking good, normally after a run of 2or 3 victories. I suspect it will be a time until the conditions are right for his return lol
  20. Surely it's about how a game that is a dead rubber then effects a result elsewhere
  21. Watched the. Goals at FP and there is no way that there were 11k at the game. As has been pointed out elsewhere that the s/t must be counted even if they do not go.
  22. Most of the teams around us have played 13 at home and whilst we have played 12 that could be an advantage
  23. MLT is a legend to us.......not to someone new to the club whose only experience of him as the person whose group held up the purchase of the club and so in turn cost us the ability to be ready for a promotion push in the first season where our fortunes turned (not getting promotion in the first season did rob ML of the opportunity of seeing the first part of his dream coming to fruition). NC,s other experience of him is that he is in the media spouting off in a negative way. Now I suggest that NC is not going to have a respect of MLT based on that.
  24. You can't be inferring to Wigans 2nd goal today as we had made all our subs before then
