any person taking on the NHS is in trouble. Like all big organisations there is a lot of waste. Too many people are worried about their jobs at the top to make brave decisions. One defeat will not define our season, but the lack of getting more players in the transfer/loan windows could be a major mistake. Iam one of the few who called for more players to be brought in. If Fonte or RL get injured you can kiss goodbye to the Championship. We have no effective cover. it is all very well getting a kid in from Oldham but to rely on him or Gobern to make our midfield strong and effective is fanciful.

that is a concern for me, the JCL's will not have the patience the fans have had recently. The togetherness we have had may be diluted. it will be a nervy game and Rovers will be fighting for their lives. We need to be extra clinical to get a goal early to settle us.
