The argument is though that KWP was nudged outside the box which technically is the first foul, and then him getting taken out in the box is the second foul, hence the controversy - did VAR decide the ref was wrong to award a foul for the first nudge and then decide it was a pen for KWP getting taken out? The fact that it is being talked about so much, and over analysed is everything that’s wrong with VAR - it’s not correcting clear and obvious errors, it’s making decisions entirely.
