NBC sports network has been flawless for me so far on Sports Mania.

What a game this has been, mental!!

Most people have a pub near them that they've never ever been in for one reason or another, and the Royal Oak is mine. Shame as it sounds like it was a decent boozer at times. Sounds like the writing has been on the wall for a while due to plans for student housing.

How much are you willing to pay for these Alan? I have 94/95, 95/96, and 01/02. Think I have the Premiership years too.
-
I'd love Villa to drop as I used to have a mate who was a fan and he'd forever Lord it over me espicially in the 90's when we were crap. Would love to laugh at him and see how he likes them apples. Sunderland add nothing whatsoever to the Premier League. Perennial strugglers that always float around the bottom of the table yet always pull off survival. Would like to see them drop, espicially as Fat Sam is a knob. Finally I'd like to see Newcastle drop, for no real reason other than I can't stand Steve McLaren and Mike Ashley is a ****.

Was hoping he'd come over to the Northam after the whistle to say his farewells and thank us for the support. I'd say it's highly likely he'll never play at St Mary's again. Shame to see his career descend so quickly since leaving us, will always be a Saints legend.

Very happy with that, really didn't think 6 points was acheivable at the beginning of the week but I'm very to be proven wrong. All but kills any worries of relegation now too so we can set our sights a bit higher up the table now. Whole team played well, noticed Pelle never came out to warm up at half time don't know why, injured perhaps?

They say it goes in threes, Lemmy 70, Bowie 69 now Rickman 69, all from the awful disease that is cancer. Awful news that, was a great actor and portrayed one of my favourite bad guys of all time!! Yippee Kiyay Hans Gruber RIP.

Confirmed: Caulker loan cancelled; Moves on loan to Liverpool
bpsaint replied to Maggie May's topic in The Saints
I guess Caulker didn't fancy a third successive relegation on his C.V. -
teams aren't assigned random numbers anymore, it's all to do with the tie number we were drawn the previous round, so it would have been 21 vs 26 in the 4th round regardless of the teams.
-
We would have been the same ball number as Crystal Palace, 21 as ours was the 21st tie drawn in the 3rd round, so it still would have been Stoke.
-
Dodged a home game against Stoke in the 4th round so isn't all bad news I suppose.
-
Skate bastard.
-
Was hoping we'd be shown as the majority of Prem teams usually are. Appears to be streams of the Eastleigh game though so will watch that.
-
Each to their own of course but I'm personally not sure that's the best example to use, what I've seen of VvD in recent weeks has convinced me he's far from the level Toby is and you could potentially put him in the same bracket as Cedric, Cuco and Juanmi as lesser players than those they replaced. I hope that when we get Ramirez off our books in the summer that we can use the money saved from his wages to bump up those of others to keep them here or to bring in proven signings that can take us to the next level. If we do continue down this road of selling decent players and bringing in less than adequate replacements then it's going to end in relegation, pretty simple really.

Was in goal for the Skates the night we beat them in the Carling Cup in 03. No age at all really.
-
So disappointed to lose that, absolutely smashed them first half but once again a completely different team emerged from the tunnel at half time. Let down by poor finishing once again, even had to rely on them to score our goal! The mental strength of our team really is a concern, the speed at which we crumble under pressure really needs addressing.
-
Gashton **** as ever once again
-
As attacking midfielders go Davis really is **** at shooting.
-
**** defending by Cuco there. Was always going to happen with each chance for a second that we wasted.
-
Christ we need that second, going to be tough for some of our boys to keep up that intensity all game.
-
Really? Looked to me like Tadic sliced it to the right which took it onto Jenkinsons foot?
-
Cracking run from Long, good strength for a little bloke
-
Apparently Christiano Pelle was missing for the Arsenal game, wonder if he's any good?
-
Wondering the same, probably going to opt for Watford vs Spuds, two in form teams. Shame the most interesting games all kick off at half 5.
