Dr Who? Posted 6 February, 2010 Share Posted 6 February, 2010 Would you prefer us to wear our away kit, just so we can kit out in Yellow for Wembley? (even though our kit is mostly not yellow) I know that if we play Carlise then we are in the position of wearing our home kit in a final, but Leeds it will be a toss of a coin again, or will we choose YELLOWS? What would you prefer?
VectisSaint Posted 6 February, 2010 Share Posted 6 February, 2010 I think we should play in our white kit with a red sash, white knickers and white stockings and hobnail boots.

NorthamSteve Posted 6 February, 2010 Share Posted 6 February, 2010 I think we should play in our white kit with a red sash, white knickers and white stockings and hobnail boots. No shinpads, no goalkeeper gloves, cigarettes and amyl nitrate at half-time.

Saint_clark Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 I kind of hope it's the away kit as the latest red and white shirt I have has Pele on the back
SFC Forever Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 the blue and yellow is good but what does it look like on tv?
Saint_clark Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 Looked alright when I saw it on the internet stream for the Dons game.
AlfredKo Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 the blue and yellow is good but what does it look like on tv? Looks the same as Fifa 2010. To be fair, the away kit is never a handsome one but not as bad as I think when it is shown on TV.

paulwantsapint Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 Is there any chance that umbro could provide a new one off cup final shirt Price it reasonably & it would sell well
Seaside Saint 2 Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 Do the clubs get to decide which strip they wear, or do the Football League just flip a coin? I would favour a one off shirt though. Guess it depends whether its Carlisle (blue/red) or Leeds (white/yellow). Would have thought our away strip would only be used if it was Leeds in white, the other strips are too similar in tone or colour.
saint lard Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 Our current away shirt is fecking drab, even with the token bit of yellow in it. We should return to yellow shirts,it looked bloody marvellous in both FA cup finals. I am hoping,if we get there,we will wear red and white at Wembley, not the dire blueish thing.
