Christ. Those goals were hyped up to be alot better than what they actually were.

A bicyle kick? Not quite as impressive as I imagined. Not bad though.

Was expecting Guly's to be out side of the area thanks to quotes like "he cut in from the right and finished superbly" and "the Dag crowd were just in awe of the quality". It was a 7 yard finish.

Lamberts lob - Pretty impressive to lob from so close but once again I was expecting it to be outside the area.

11 goals in 3 games and no mention on the fl show, I'm liking the lack of attention on us at the moment,

I love that we get no attention. Go about things as quietly as possible. When listening to Solent last night, they got loads of texts about how little attention Bournemouth get. Then again on the FL show, one of the first emails started 'you never talk about Bournemouth...' bless them

I thought Guly's was a very composed bit of football. Barney won the ball back, nicking it off a D&R player, fed Guly, who lost the first marker with the way his first touch moved the ball, and did well to cut inside the other defender to slot home.

you do realise we're in the third division right? I thought they were three very good goals, and good to see it was from three different players too.

Pick for me was Lamberts, to chip that well from such close range is incredibly difficult almost more so than outside the area.

Which leads me too...

So are you saying Matty's chip of Schmeichel wasn't that impressive since it was inside the area? ;)

Personally i think a lob from inside the box - under pressure too - has to be one of the hardest finishes a striker can do. To get it up and down accurately takes an incredible amount of skill.

Seriously if you play try doing it from the same range without a keeper and see how many you get in. I'd imagine probably one in twenty at best (working on the assumption you're a park player). Then try it with defenders or a keeper closing you down!

 It was a half bicycle kick. And a piece of genuine skill.

 Anyone who can't see what a well taken goal that was needs their eyes testing. He cut in and make a fool of their returning defender, then finished nicely.

 Well a lob from inside the area is harder than from outside you *insert semi offensive name here*.

I thought Lambert's goal was handball. Hard to tell on the highlights because of the camera angle, but looking straight at it live it definitely looked like he used his arm to control it just before he scored.

Sadly the highlights of the first goal cut out before the players came and celebrated with the fans by the barrier. I came back from half time just before the goal was scored and managed to jump into the bundle and pat Guly on the mohican.

There's no doubt about it. It was definite hand ball. But... by their defender! All Saints fans around me were screaming for it.

I can just about see myself in the footage of the first goal walking from the food bar in the corner, stuffing my face with a greasy burger before a rediculously mad celebration of Lallana's overhead is thankfully cut off as the camera follows Lallana to the right.

If Lallana hadn't have scored i'd have been pretty miffed. It's about 8 yards out or so, unmarked and a kinda half volley/bicycle kick. The bicycle bit came after the shot really but like I said, not bad.

Well taken yes. But it was hyped up by commentators and posters as some sort of wonder strike. It was a 7 yard finish. Decent build up and a composed finish but not quite as good as it was made out.

A lob from inside is harder? Thats debatable and certainly not something you can claim as fact. It depends on each and every goal. It was pretty impressive to lob from so close (As I said!) but once again it was made out to be some sort of wonder lob.

I was outside in the pen at the back of the stand finishing off my pint when the huge roar erupted. Knew it was us, we were the only ones making any noise for 90 mins.
