It’s not the reason we are so shit but it’s a contributing factor in why we’ve been so shit for years The reason we are shit is because our recruitment is appalling even in the championship this season we have not recruited anybody who is standout at the moment Contrast it with Hampshire who do really well this season with players brought in from other counties like Fuller Barker Brown and Gubbins doing well They also get rid of young players who unlikely to make the grade to Div 2 teams but most home produced players do perform well for some of the season helping to win games Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
