It seems the show has long lost its shine (IMO)

Just the same old trials, same old performative moments from the 'celebs' (do normal people randomly break out in group song?) and watching them cook weird food.

Agreed it seems a bit tired. I also find and always have found Ant and Decs humour pretty crap. Seem like decent enough lads but the sort of humour of people who like Micheal McIntyre and Friends and so on.

The loud laughing at their jokes from behind the camera comes across as false as it is.

And the first person voted off is a black, female, lesbian

racism, misogyny and homophobia all wrapped up in one set of TV votes

so depressing

I see all the black people have now been voted off

Farage must be loving this.

it it really 2025? All the voters on this must be flag shagging, Tommy Robinson, katy Hopkins supporting right wing nazis

It's a little weird that you know SOG's Dear Diary opening for the day. 🙂

Best series for years. Good to see the camp mates get on so well through the whole three weeks and they all clearly had a blast. Although he didn’t win, Tom will soon be a star. You do wonder how long they can keep repeating the same old formula, but this year showed that there is still life in the old kangaroo’s penis yet.

M&S adverts have Tom’s name all over them.

i thought it was a a disgrace.

the first person voted off? A black lesbian, the second a black man.

all of the remaining camp mates were white and even right at the end an LGBT person loses out to a straight white male.

the same tired format with two middle aged white blokes trying hard to be funny but cracking jokes that are 20 years out of date. Homophonic jokes to Tom About surprised he’d eat 2 vaginas. Shameful

a program which in the past has given a platform to Farage and clearly the majority of voters and viewers are reform voters. A snapshot of how disgustingly racist, homophonic and misogynistic this country is. So depressing. If you like this show you are part of the problem and deserve Farage as PM.

Never watched it but the fact Harry Redknapp won it a few years back told me everything I needed to know about the audience.

That was a low point, but the show isn’t about who wins it, it’s about the process and I’m sure there is a fair proportion of the audience who don’t bother to vote.

Fucking hell, I did wonder what sort of halfwit watches this complete & utter pony.

Hearing the results on Virgin this morning I do think the word celebrity is doing a lot of heavy lifting .

I think the show is very stale. There is nothing new, and the tasks are relatively easy.

It is more watchable when they are not randomly breaking out is song, or some sort of dance.

I just realised that the last thing I watched on terrestrial telly was the Wallace and Gromit film last Christmas. I genuinely didn't know this show was still going, I watched it when Peter Andre was on it God knows how long ago that was. You'd think they would have some new ideas by now.

I believe that was 2003.
