BWP,on his way to Hearts?

BWP has had an indifferent season really.

One game he'll play and be absolutely brilliant, then next match he'll suddenly be dropped from the team completely.

It makes it hard for him to get any form as there has been little consistency with team selections this season.

The fact he's been absent from the last 2 squads is the clearest indication yet that he may be on the move.

With his contract up in the summer, and assuming he's one of the higher earners at the club, it makes sense to move him on.

Shame really as when he first joined, I was convinced he'd turn out to be a top draw signing.

You're right Bailey BWP's never really had a consistent run in the team , I'd argue he doesn't get a consistent run because ultimatly he's just not good enough rather than the other way round . What is certain is that he's nobody's idea of a wide player - nobody except Jan Poortvliet that is .

Good luck to him but I find it hard to believe he'll find another team prepared to match the wages he's been getting here (rumoured to be £8k a week if I remember correctly) . Perhaps he'll leave early so that he finds a new club before the summer rush - it's bound to be a free transfer though .

BWP has had an indifferent season really. No, he's had an indifferent 3 seasons, he's a ****ing liability

One game he'll play and be absolutely brilliant, then next match he'll suddenly be dropped from the team completely. He'll do one brilliant thing and then be absolute shiit for the next 15 matches

It makes it hard for him to get any form as there has been little consistency with team selections this season. He can't get any form because he is shiit and has a **** poor work ethic and attitude

The fact he's been absent from the last 2 squads is the clearest indication yet that he may be on the move. and that he's shiit and Wotte knows he's shiit

With his contract up in the summer, and assuming he's one of the higher earners at the club, it makes sense to move him on. Halle-farking-lujah. If Hearts are stupid enough to make any offer, snap their hands off. I'll drive him there

Shame really as when he first joined, I was convinced he'd turn out to be a top draw signing. why? because his dad and his brother are good?[/quote]

Don;t let the door hit your arse Bradley.

According to the Scottish NOTW, Hearts are looking at a unnamed German Striker currently playing in Spain - so they have no real idea then!! :D

Would be good news with £8k off the weekly wage bill, although if wanted a fee then we might have found a better club than Hearts who struggle to pay their players at times. That said they look like they're getting £2m plus from Wolves for Christophe Berra, so now would be the time!!

EVen if there is a sell on clause we'll make a profit even if we sell him for 10p and a bag of chips (his worth at times IMO!!) as we spent nothing getting him here, he's the Coca Cola kid!!

The net cost to us was about £500,000. From the OS:

'Bradley Wright-Phillips signed a three-year deal at St Mary's after moving from Manchester City for around £750,000. Around a third of that was paid by Championship sponsors Coca-Cola as the prize money won by the club in a competition. The rules allow the winners to buy a player for a quarter of a million or to put the money towards a larger fee and Saints opted to use their Coca-Cola cash to buy the 21-year-old half brother of Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.'

I stand corrected.

All the same i'd rather be rid of him, he is just not good enough.
