lordswoodsaints Posted 13 March, 2009 Share Posted 13 March, 2009 not today anyway as some predicted. according to my source at the echo they havnt heard a thing,im sure that they would be aware of a press release or statement from the club, unless of course the club are just going to surprise us. the extra policing for the QPR game has nothing to do with expected trouble because of administration but just good old fashioned cat c punch ups. NickG Posted 13 March, 2009 Share Posted 13 March, 2009 would think it unlikely -this season or next. Think Lowe would rather see a club failing on the pitch than going into administration

You really must keep up. I agree with what Trousers said. The club won't be scheduling a press conference ahead of telling the Stock Market about going into Administration. Anyway don't the Echo get all their Saints exclusives from here? IMHO it's still a question of when and not if we go into admin as I don't doubt Weston's sources are telling him. Thanks Weston - presumably it's going to be down to attendances over the next few weeks then. All of the other income and expenditure is going to be predictable and we can't sell anyone and next seasons ST's aren't for sale yet.

I always had this down as a pretty benign fixture supporter wise. as i said before we are cat c home and away,im not sure of qpr's 'status' but there must be an element of risk with the qpr boys or they wouldnt have as many police on duty for the game. historically there has been trouble (nothing too sinister) between both teams, not as much as other teams like millwall etc but probably enough to keep the old bill on their toes.
