PDT is property developers trust. PDT used instead of PST because the bid is funded more by property developers than supporters.

this is the council that cost its constituents £11.1 million when they failed to put together water tight contract with the contractor building the the Spinnaker tower.

Do the FL realise that their preferred buyer is going into debt to buy the club and will repay that creditor before it starts settling up with the football creditors?
-
stranger still, in the first report the PCC required access to the full £11.7m of PPs. These appear to have gone down to £7m and then raised back up to £11m, but still are lower than they were before. Supermarket discounting at its best!

-10 this season when they come out of admin. If they don't come out of admin before end of season then they are chucked out of league.

22 points behind with only 33 available

there is no such thing as a 10 year season ticket. 300 have lifetime season tickets though.

if he can be stand out at 17 in the prem, what's he going to be like in a year or two. £25m soounds outrageous, but it really isn't if you think the lad might be an England left back for the next ten years.

Hartlepool, Colchester and Bury all winning. Nice.
-
Not surprised Chelsea want him. he has been outstanding since coming into the side and looked particularly good at their place. £10m seems low seeing as Zirkov cost them £18m.

what absolutely terrific news. Feels like when Lallana signed that five year deal. Always thought he would be a Premiership player and give it a season or two and he'll be regarded as a top Premiership player. Very happy indeed.
-
actually, you've got it right there.

that £4m in the bank is there for one reason and one reason only, to ensure that PKF and the solicitors they have employed get paid.
-
This is just a tad higher than the £8.5m we have been talking about on here (or does that figure include agreements made in CVA1???) and with around £7m of parachute payments now remaining (is that correct???). I'm getting a little concerned that Kanu might go hungry.
-
why wouldn't they claim them all?
-
er Steve, that's not Lee Barnard getting felt up by Sodji it's Jose Baxtor. I guess he's got his hands full knowing who's playing for the skates never mind the opposition.
-
plenty of overseas players have taken a while to settle in. Pires is a prime example. If Ramirez was 28/29 then I'd be very worrie,d but he's still only 21 and if we give him time he'll be a superstar for us.

Yoshida played right back that day. When he played left back against West Ham he was woeful. -

far too easy for their wide left player (can't recall whom it was) getting into the box and crossing it in. That is where a lot of the blame lies for that own goal. -

cheers. I thought that was the case. Far far too many pens beign given when shots and crosses are smashed into arms in their natural positions. Foy is a useless ****. -

so, did you all think it was a penalty then? I can't see any complaints, so assume that's the case. What's the official rule these day because there was zero intent, it was totally accidental, his hand/arm wasn't raised to block it, so I don't see it as a handball at all. Then again I could not be more biased. If the roles were reversed would I expect to get the pen? I'm not sure I would actually. -
how on earth is Elidh topping the list, with Penny `finds every food' Morish following closely behind whilst Gloria and Luciana lagging way behind?
-
The £4m in the bank may just about cover the combined PKF and solictor fees. Birch is not reliant on the next PP to cover his fees.

made me chuckle for somw reason, but when someone finds a clip of one these jokers doing this who then subsequently hurts themselves for real when they pretent to slip about getting up, I'd really like to see that.

Mladen Rudonja, Michael Panopoulos, Yoshikatsu Kawaguchi, Giannis Skopelitis and Kostas Chalkias are right up there with Collins Mbesuma for me, but TBH must top the list with his £50k a week wage draining the coffers ages after they were relegated.
