  1. Those % are meaningless, unless they act as an admission that the Skate grand total support base is a generous 16k in total, adding on 5% to their bestest hardcorest 15k ish current gate. Well done lads.
  2. He's arrived on YouTube. There will be more, but not sure when.
  3. This Delldays-ism made absolutely no sense the first time you posted it, and 100 repeats later, it still doesn't.
  4. I have spoken to Saint Nacho, I've asked him to send me the file and I'll try and upload it here. Failing that, it is on some of the Saints fans Facebook pages. Sorry I'm not in FB so not sure what or where.
  5. Hah! I believe it's on YouTube somewhere. I will ask Saint Nacho to send me the link....
  6. I enjoyed that but could easily see the same argument played out on our main board.
  7. The first 40 odd posts are okay, them the "unanswered question" conspiracy theory stuff kicks in and then it all goes bats hit. Old Frank was correct here, though.
  8. Truth and love will prevail over lies and hatred.
  9. Some people (you) merrily peddled hateful lies about the McCanns (They were laughing their heads off - lie, they didn't look for their own daughter - lie, etc etc lie lie lie) and then those people get upset when they get confronted and it is suggested to them that they stop gullibly believing cobbled together internet circumstantial bull cr ap. Lou, take the time to enjoy one of my all time favourite jokes I've ever put on this forum (you need a slight knowledge of American poetry to get it) and then run. Run from this thread. Just run. It's about to get infected with liars.
  10. It's not about me sweetheart. The "police officer who worked on the case" has just been done for libel and his booked pulped. Try half a million Euros, with various papers calculating slightly different sterling values for that. £350-400k. You can't get even the most basic facts right. Which on this case, is a hallmark of yours.
  11. A reading list/glossary is available. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in my points of reference. It's wit, man. I am large, I contain multitudes. (Although in fairness, in that previous post, apart from the Hypo gag, there aren't any other intentional references).
  12. Haven't we bought in squad filling "dross" like Elia or Djuricic ourselves recently? Even good old Shane Long at £12m was brought in as basically back up from day one. Don't really understand you listing out random players who have come through in history - that will continue to happen at lots of clubs for as long as football exists. I have no doubt we will bring in one, two great players every few years. But as Shurlock says it is silly for Les Reed to pretend we won't need to buy like other clubs when blatantly we do. Who has been the stand out new stars of the season - Forster, Bertrand, Pelle, Tadic and Mane or JWP, Targett, Reed? Even on our rise, we have relied on bought in (Lambert, Fonte, Clyne, Jay Rod) as much or more than our home-produced players. Morgan will be replaced by a purchase, of that I have little doubt. We're great at youth, lets not over egg it though.
  13. Not quite comparing apples with apples there - lots of those players came through in the lower divisions so comparing them to Chelsea or Man City who are trying to win leagues is rather silly. I think Shurlock has a decent point, I think we can be prone to over egging how many academy products can become truly first team squad material. The Adam Lallana of five years ago probably wouldn't stand a chance of breaking into our first team now. We're good, better than most and we need to be. But Les is getting carried away, as did our little built-up shoe wearing Italian. I doubt the "half the squad" thing will ever happen while we are a top 10 prem team.
  14. If you don't want to see me in full on bark mode, I wouldn't trail back through this particular thread if I were you. Some of my best/worst work. I also put both of my Internet personas to good use, with my "Hypochondriac" creation doing a brilliant job of agreeing with me. Anyway, draw a veil over it. Truth is winning.
  15. Absolutely. Glad we agree Lou.
  16. http://news.sky.com/story/1473806/ex-detective-to-pay-mccanns-357000-for-libel Another victory for truth vs lies today, then. Let's hope they go after Reginald D Hall and his seventeen hour epic fairy tale next.
  17. Who on here has called it a fairy tale? Not many. Most are just pleased for them. The scummer thing? Yawn. Dealt with that in L1. They want to have a rivalry, we like them. Wouldn't it be awful if a foreign rich person helped to bankroll promotion? Oh, I'd so hate that.
  18. Funnily enough, having followed this election for literally days now, I am fully aware of the blue-face-paint reasons to vote SNP. Just expressing the thought that if those people genuinely want a different government then voting in Tracy McBeaker would not be the greatest move.
  19. BBC news report just now on the Paisley constituency. Left leaning Paisley types could vote for a) Douglas Alexander, experienced, solid pretty likable, genuinely local and a perfectly capable member of a new Labour government. or b) A twelve year old girl standing for the SNP. They'd have to be freaking nuts to kick out a clearly capable MP for that, surely? - Like other nationalist parties, a rousing leader but no strength in depth. If it bottoms out how I think it will - Cameron back in Number 10 - he'll be up against a weak opposition if all these SNP whey-faced newbies rock up. He'll be laughing all the way to the merchant bank.
  20. That's our world famous catchment area down the toilet then.
  21. Highly unlikely, unless he loses twelve in a row or something.
  22. Pick your battles.
  23. Box of frogs. His Yuki "experiment" went well being that pretty much everyone on here had rumbled it within a handful of posts. And his Charlie stuff was pretty standard issue troll/wind-up fare, not in the extreme aggressive style of Pastor Patron, or the beautifully constructed razor-sharp comedy gold like what I do.
  24. Lovely. Put "Stewart Lee Dead Bill Hicks" into YouTube. Stew musing on the (not particularly original) thought that dead entertainers have an easier ride than living ones. For 90 seconds material, funny enough.
  25. When we had played every single fixture humanly possible, including a FA Cup third round replay and up to the LC quarter finals , we were sitting pretty in the top four back on January 24th ish. Thankfully we granted the wishes of some of our expert supporters and got dumped out of both cups, providing the team with so much delicious rest, recuperation and relaxation, enabling us to completely focus on the job in hand and finish in the top four. And fair play we've never looked back, have we? Fingers crossed for more early cup exits next season, they've sorted us right out this year they have.
