Only thick milkshakes (ones from McDonald's/BK/etc) are off limits). If something has no nutritional value, does that mean I can have it? I'm thinking of Pot Noodles and Yakult. I am pretty weak so if someone can do some research for me that would be ace. Thanks for your support. I will not deviate from this path of self-criticism until the people in charge of Southampton Football Club are replaced by some other people. Have lost 10lbs. Haven't had a poo in 4 days though. Well done Jan! At least someone has recognised what he is trying do here. I congratulate the Football League/LMA on this brave but deserved decision. I think this a triumph of long term vision over results.

Manfred Grashof, Red Army Faction, February 1973. Had a my 'last supper' yesterday morning. Can't really face any major challenge without a decent fry-up first, least of all a hunger strike. Swallowed some toothpaste this morning but don't think that counts. I'm pretty sure that all medication is ok, so ate a tube of Bonjela around lunchtime. Had a bit of a tummyache later on. Need someone to clarify whether the following are off limits (I think that they may be ok): Tic-Tacs Celery Sherbert Gravy Not sure whether word of my protest has reached the powers that be yet. Perhaps if we change our manager TWICE. I think that this will give us the edge over the others. This will give us TWO initial bouts of positivity and results which should be enough for us to survive this season, IMO.

I'm 30. Unless you are prepared to do something to move this club forward, I suggest you refrain from criticizing people who are willing to put their beliefs into action.

Annoyed that some people had put the empty After Eight wrappers back in the box. Dad also offered me a Liquorice Allsort and I felt it was rude to refuse. Took two. Will start hunger strike in earnest after supper (turkey and stuffing sandwich and perhaps some pickled onions). Lowe Out.

I'm going on hunger strike. If I have to die so that this club changes some of its administrative staff for other administrative staff, I will.
