Exactly, it is a pain! Last year I lost almost the entire left hand side apart from a sheltered couple nearer the house ... 12 panels and posts later This year, looking at the right hand side, fence panels roughly the same age, I'm just waiting really now!
-
You need to check your deeds. There is no definitive answer - we own the fence on the left, the fence on the right and the fence at the end. Marvellous.

First time I've really, honestly, thought Dave has come over credible - exactly the right thing to be doing. I'd love to be that room and just say; "F*ck off you mugs, we are Great Britain and we'll do what we want" Probably why I'm not an MP.

Although, that assumes that ALL the balls are in the bag! It's 1/4032 to be the first tie; 1/64 x 1/63 = 1/4032 If there were only 14 balls left, it would have been; 1/14 x 1/13 = 1/182
-
This is right, it's 1/4032 0.02%

What? You are being escorted from Southampton, to the ground , on a coach, with no danger of being anywhere near any Skates - so just who the hell is going to duff you up? The coach driver? The steward on the coach? Or any Saints fans? I really do utterly dispair of some of our fanbase. And if you normally enjoy looking like a fat deckchair at football matches, then why wouldn't you wear your shirt anyway?? Jesus. -
I'm sure I can donate a couple of soiled nappies in the bucket for them.

The two Indians (i.e. they are from India and have been here under 2 years working) at work today on my team, asked me if I'd seen this. Their reaction was totally different to everyone else's. They live in Croydon and said they feel like they live in West Africa, not outside London and totally agreed with the clip ...

Clarkson has made a lot of money doing what he does and he does appeal to my warped sense of humour; therefore I found the comment amusing and the reactions of those who don't like him even more funny!

And we used to get circa 25-30k at The Dell before seating.

I agree Wesley Bender, it's hilarious to change the names of posters like Dorkish. Yours, Patricia Pavement

FAO Dorkish. We should be selling out 55,000 every week, you know that. Got your new foam hands yet; "Go Sainters 2012".

He didn't leave Saints for Charlton. He went to Plymouth. Also, he was sh*t and it was good riddance. :D:D:D:D!!!!!!!!!:D:D

Utterly appalled last night after reading this, I had to go for a 10 mile run to burn off my anger, then have a long shower, drink 2 bottles of red and sleep on it. Only now can I reply to say how utterly appalled I am. You let your son become one of them? Shame on you.

Patrick Bateman replied to Yorkshire Saint's topic in The Saints
Yes apparently it has and apparently people have nothing better to do that read a 900 post thread to check it hasn't been mentioned on there. Losers. -
Yes, it's funny.

Come Dine With Me in Southampton again
Patrick Bateman replied to Patrick Bateman's topic in The Lounge
That was quite funny! p.s. only joking Verbal, about you being Greg ... I wouldn't wish that upon you, he is a very very odd individual! Last night's one, where he actually screamed at the woman in her face to shut up. How he hasn't been belted I don't know!! -
So, I caught this on catch up last night - didn't realise they were in Southampton again! Anyone know any of them from this forum? I did wonder if Greg was Verbal ... ? Watch it and you'll see :-)

Is it easy to dismiss this as Daily Mail propaganda, but then I was thinking about my own work environment. My boss, is American. My immediate peers consist of 2 English (I am one), 1 French, 2 Indian, 1 Hungarian. My own is team all outsourced abroad ... so ... for a London office, it's very cosmopolitan with an awful lot of work permits floating around. These are very well paid jobs too. I guess that's what you get working for a multi-national company, but I hadn't actually thought about it until I saw the news!

Young jobseekers work for free or lose benefits
Patrick Bateman replied to pap's topic in The Lounge
Agreed. Read a good article somewhere recently about the differences between 2 families with a combined family income of £50k. The family down here were cutting back on holidays, sharing a car, getting rid of pay TV, thinking carefully about what they spend as the income didn't go as far. Up "north", think they were just outside Newcastle, that family had 3 cars, had exotic holidays, owned a bigger house and were affluent. £20-£30k in London really doesn't get you very far, at all. -

Totally agree - or removing graffiti, delivering meals on wheels, hospital portering, etc.
