Utterly dreadful match, really very bad, can't pin it all on Holgate although he was shit. However, with the international break coming up, I hope this is a proper slap in the face the squad and coaching team need to know that they can't just rely on having the "best squad in the league". Learn from it, become better, much better and play up to the hype rather than just believe it and fail.

8/10 for me.

Utterly moronic waste of resources and clothing, sigh

Well Andy Carroll just left Reading ...... 🤣

ULEZ on the BBC (or any media). It's not a bad thing, if you have a car more than 18 years old (!!!!), there is a £2k scrappage scheme, get a new fucking car/van. It will probably cost you less as you'll get an MOT, new tyres and warranty, let alone a FAR better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. FFS.

My son loved it - asked me what it was, I have no idea, anyone? I didn't mind it either

Agreed - the interviewer was a dick there. -
Complete waste of CO2 travelling around the world for something that could've been 50 miles travel for either team 🙄

I need to know where Mbappe is going, I support him, so I need the jersey of the squad he's drafted into. But I can't buy the jersey if I don't know where he's drafted, ARGH. Top baller, my fav player, GOAT, cooks well.

Ibrahima Diallo - Official: Signs for Al Duhail

Couldn't care less. Maybe they'll also buy Man Utd, Liverpool and other clubs and take all the things we all hate about the premier league with them, leaving us to support Saints and more enjoyable league football. -
Needs that pub chat with mates again ... "Yeah nice one Matt, your f*cking round, use the money you no longer comply with, gumbo"

There's nothing to stop anyone else creating a new channel - if someone wanted to create a new channel that was 'mostly centre left' to counter GB News' 'mostly centre right' views, they are free to do so. I find it fascinating that people get so worked up about this channel. You don't HAVE to watch it, but I believe that you should watch every news channel possible to get a holistic view on the world. Depending on who is presenting and/or what they're going on about, I'll watch anything.

People who still have a kettle! 🤨

Just shows how bloated the squad is! I'd hope Saints could keep Tella out of that list.

Exactly. It's a monopoly, we don't have a choice, just like the railways. The shareholders win and I wonder how many privatisation decision makers from the 80s/90s are still profiting from this? Absolutely outrageous. And the water companies still waste money on marketing, leaflets, adverts and so on - should all be reinvested. What is the point of wasting advertising money apart from vanity, when the consumer has no choice?

Agree, I'm bored AF. Son and wife went to bed, it's dirge, sadly. We loved the Foo Fighters (of course, who wouldn't!), Sparks and Royal Blood earlier though.

Who, or what is that? I mean, I'm all for individual style, but a dressing gown with sepia vision glasses?

Love this - great memories of the original version of that kit

100% I did like the "I'd had some glasses of wine" comment though 🤣

My issue with these podcasts (is that what they are?) is that all the people are always on the same page, there is no one to challenge the views being said, so they all sit there fuelling the same narrative and then all say "yeah, we are right aren't we great". Doesn't matter what you're talking about, all these online videos always have the same views and the same people agreeing with each other. Vaccinations, socialism, CBD, transgender - doesn't matter, it appears views from people that challenge and ask questions are not welcome. In years gone by, you'd be debating this in a room with differing views, doesn't matter if it's a debating society at university or sat in a pub with 6 mates with a broad spectrum of views, but someone would be there to say "are you sure you saw a UFO and not a satellite, look, here is why I think that". This is the problem with social media and all this crap, it is not balanced and they all sit there agreeing with each other. I'm pretty sure the views would be more balanced if someone was able to probe and challenge. At least this forum (and forums in general) is still a little more old school and we can all call each other out to gain a broad agreement, clarity or consensus.
