I think we're in about the right place. Gradually the infrastructure has been improved, and I feel it's a bit like having a mortgage; the debt goes down and the equity goes up and you can start feeling more confident about spending. What can we achieve? Can we 'do a Leicester', who knows. When you see the actions of some of the big clubs (e.g. Chelsea) it does seem that certain signings are not so much for players for your team but to deny them to others. Perhaps a bit more awareness on the part of players not to look at short term gain might help, but that's a very optimistic hope, although Romeu and Bertrand are good examples to point out to others.
