Has the dwarf said anything interesting yet?
-
Yeah, and absolutely nothing to do with our billionaire owner dying and his daughter trying to flog the club.
-
Think that's a bit arrogant to be honest - remember similar comments the last time we went down. Teams with better players than ours have got relegated before.
-
On the face of it it is madness but it makes sense to act decisively if you think it's the right thing to do.
-
Yes, and I remember him talking ******** in the press - sticking the boot in because we sold some players - the summer before we finished higher than he ever did. Poisonous little dwarf.
-
Yeah good idea, half the squad on massive 5 year contracts and an owner who had to borrow the money to buy the club - what could possibly go wrong if we get relegated?!
-
What does "reap what you sow" supposed to mean then numbnuts?
-
That's ******, the club wouldn't give a **** about what's written on here or twitter - they would have made their decision based on the dull football and poor attendances.
-
This but with Davis instead of Tadic.
-
Anyone who thinks Puel was fired because of what a few people wrote on a message board is a ****ing idiot. No surprise to see a few on here.
-
Wouldn't be surprised if the new owners wanted to bring in their own people anyway.
-
I would try three at the back so that the wing backs provide the width (both Cedric and Bertrand are decent going forward). Then play two up front - I don't think any of our strikers are suited to playing on their own up front like Pelle or Lambert were. I would play: Forster VVD Hoedt Stephens Cedric Romeo Lemina Bertrand Davis Gabbi Long

You can't blame the fans, I can't remember many people clamouring for Pelegríno. The buck stops with Les Reed, he could have hired Silva a week after the end of last season except he ****ed around for weeks and missed out.
-
The worrying thing is we look so ****e after such easy fixtures, ****ing up winnable home games early in the season saw us relegated last time. Nothing wrong with the thread, the fixture list gave us a good opportunity to be around the top of the table early on but we have failed miserably.

Saints 0 Watford 2 - Match & Meltdown

It's gonna be a relegation scrap this year, we couldn't score last year and have gone into this season weaker up front. -

This, could have sacked Puel the day after the season ended and hired Silva. God knows why we waited around for so long. -
This. He's the only one with the brains and movement to link it all together.
-
Or put another way, all we achieved prior to Reed joining was get out of League 1 at the second attempt, bank rolled by a billionaire and with a squad that contained Rickie Lambert, Morgan Schneiderlin, Adam Lallana, Jose Fonte and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain. And even then we finished behind Brighton. Way to go Cortese.

Bit late with this one fella, we've had this discussion. Leave won and the button's been pressed.

I think he's superb, Labour couldn't ask for a better recruitment tool. Every time Mogg appears on TV spouting his dated, bigoted views it makes Corbyn seem more of a decent, normal person.

I get the arguments, but you said it would be 'weird' for someone to consider abortion in the event of rape because of their religious beliefs. If your wife or daughter got raped and she was catholic you may or may not agree with her having it aborted but it would be a stretch for anyone to say choosing abortion would be 'weird'. Going through rape must be hard enough let alone dealing with the emotion and pain of pregnancy and childbirth afterwards. IMO only a heartless **** would deny the victim that right.
-
It wouldn't really be weird though would it. It would just mean that person had some sort of understanding of the circumstances and sympathy for the person involved. And a realisation that their beliefs are based on a centuries old work of fiction.

I doubt homophobic views have anything to do with his catholic faith, more likely to do with losing 'soggy biscuit' at boarding school.
