I think your argument falls apart almost as soon as it begins. It was, and continues to be, widely reported that it was NC who brought the idea of buying the club to ML, not the other way round. Why would he therefore feel any less passionate about the job in hand now? If anything, he would feel more inclined to get us to the 'promised land' of the PL, as a lasting memorial for his friend Markus. I have met NC on two occasions, and whilst I could not claim to know his innermost thoughts, speaking to him you get a sense that this man is driven; quitting is not something he does. If he sets out to do something, it will get done. That is why I feel no less confident about our future now than I did before Markus's sad passing.

Afternoon all Have a huge favour to ask; I will be in Ste Foy la Grande, nr Bergerac, from July 31st to Aug 15th. Is there anybody in or around that area who will be watching / knows how/ where to watch Saints v Plymouth? I won't have Internet access whilst away but am happy to go to a bar / someone's house (if invited!) if anybody with local knowledge can point me in the right direction.
