I read it last night and as always was thoroughly entertained, tried to give you a nudge but found you are too posh for PM's That poor bloke turning up late, made me think of the stragglers when we played Tranmere in the League cup (that was 6-1 to from recall) their goalie passed the ball straight to CMFG who accepted the gift and lofted it up over the keepers head from a good way out beautifully into the net, the many stragglers coming in late all looked a bit disappointed.

Couldn't get a ticket, ended up listening on Solent tears streaming after Matty scored (bloody Dave Merrington started it), as some consolation I had the foresight to book a Stadium tour for the following day for Me and my girls and all the matchday detritus was still lurking "back stage" it was like there had been one hell of a party post match. Got a few little souvenirs and because that was it for the season we were allowed on the pitch and given lots of time to lock in our memories. On the Tuesday I found out I could have gone as the chap who owned the off licence down the road had the Lino for the day as a regular customer, he gave him 2 complimentary tickets and he had been trying to get hold of me since the Friday night!!

Read to the bottom and on my computer in the box full of other vacancies its says "VACANCY: Assistant Schoolboy" Full-time position too................. didn't realise that you could have a part-time one; unless you are a habitual truant with a doctors note!

See we have Mr Christopher Foy on the whistle on Sunday, so that good wind might be useful.

We are on page five of a thread commenting about the demolition of a side by a Saints team who were at the races and applied shock and awe (even worked on us fans as no one in the ground can say they weren't blown away in that first half) yet we are picking holes in players in the team. Shane Long is a Marmite player, Sadio Manė has frustrated in patches, both of them were explosive on Saturday. we have more points than in any other top flight season, we will finish no lower than 7th, we have seen some smashing stuff this season................ And have one more game where with a fair tide and good wind we could finish the season in a position that if someone had predicted it on the first day of the season the majority of us would have been calling for the men in white coats to cart them off to the funny farm. Every player has chipped into a great season.

That must have been a good way through a bloody good case of wine for him to make that list.....hic

Deffo no surprise with the top pretty much sorted, aside from us 3 and 2 EL places, it's not as emotive as the 3 selected.

What's with the City kit Blue front Purple back? it's like some colour psychologist has had a hand in it: "well it upsets the balance of the oppositions brain" sort of thing.

Just reading ART's post, I recall something regarding bonuses going back to our last stint in the Prem that despite not paying big club wages our win bonus structure was quite handsome and second only to Arsenal.......... Think it might have had something to do with the players agents cut of their wages in that bonuses were excluded from the percentage taken. Its a bit hazy but certain there was something

Think they did my post count has been cut................ it was only a bit of fun no offence intended I hope we don't get a whole heap of players giving "we owe the fans a big performance" quotes this week, just do your talking on the pitch the next 2 games.

No denying a pants kick out, but likewise the best defence in the league just went walkabout.
