  1. Home Arsenal Boxing Day proper, away Wet Spam Boxing Day lieu bank holiday unless Christmas has been changed.
  2. Still think these plastic pitches are doing nowt for the spectacle, the Cameroon's seemed have the long ball sussed, hoof it up field where their team mate is running to the ball bounces backwards like its a Rugby ball straight into the possession of the player on the run. Even my daughter commented that the ball bounced a few time like a Rugby ball.
  3. 1st Wet Spam away.......... You read it here first. Last Leicester Home.
  4. I have a friend with Club Wembley membership, he has no issues regarding reselling tickets he even re sells his "neighbours" seats for them if it is a game of no interest to them......... Got my JPT tickets thru him and there was no keep you head down and if you are asked, your name is....... To reinforce that our JPT tickets were for 4 of us and he has membership for 2 so we sat in different seats to his own and he openly went through official channels to secure them.
  5. Gives him a good excuse to leave him out at will now, and probably use Clyne's alleged strop to tar Ryan with the same brush. If I was a natural right back I would be pretty ****ed off at make do right backs getting the nod ahead of me, bit of a slap in the face........... Spend all season playing against Internationals and get usurped in the national team by someone who can't hold down a regular spot in their own team and plays each week against lads just making their first steps in football: absolutely bizarre rational.
  6. You had better book yourself a case of Smallpox or Consumption for that day because that is an International break weekend, Bro in Law getting married on the Friday so made sure there was no chance of a game on the weekend getting in the way when he booked it ages ago.
  7. The plastic pitch in this first game is causing both teams trouble as the ball seems like it doesn't want to run
  8. We Damaged Villa when we dismantled them the other week after that second goal the spectre of 6-1 shuffled in the back of their minds.
  9. What a goal!!!
  10. Bruce Grobbelaar in the foreground perusing the menu............ Maybe there is a look-a-likes weekender on the the Isle of Wight. as for Adnan it's a good job it half term and a Friday as he would have homework most other nights...........he could always be down to see his fellow countryman Toby
  11. I couldn't resist finding out if there was anything to gleaned from reading between the lines............................ Sadly not. Thank you Billy for a great season of reading.
  12. We live in a weird world..... Must have taken a month to read and sign the pre-nup.
  13. Typical Puma imagination............ They are definitely the Hornets next season.
  14. Who??!! Blimey Charlie he has hardly gotten a sniff regardless of how wobbly Cahill has been at times, there must be young players scratching their heads at that.................. unless its a cunning plan in the voting to keep the far more deserving plays hidden away from the big clubs for just a little bit younger.
  15. Oooo when the mods blend duplicate threads it goes all wobbly for a moment.
  16. Cropper is no surprise as you would have thought having had US call ups he would have tried to push Gazza aside, but just seemed content treading water.
  17. Don't you mean stayed onside to do that?
  18. It's never helped when the Away support is split over 2 levels as neither level can hear each other to sing as one and ramp up the noise. Bit like being sat in the back of a car and trying to hear the conversation between the 2 folks sat in the front of the car.
  19. Have to say in the first half he saved a nailed on goal shot from Aguero, as the ball went for the corner Aguero went up to Kelvin and congratulated him for a great save.......... Which I thought was a very sporting touch.
  20. When you think that we export an amazing amount of music that is commercially successful, yet we rock up with a feeble attempt yet having just watched Sweden again that made our effort look very feeble, you may think that I am being a bit over reactive but the BBC are a major contributor to the shindig with all our pennies.
  21. Sweden get it........ The Austrian crowd weren't shy where they wanted the votes to go.
  22. You would think QPR last year would be a marker.
  23. Only Italy of the Big Five (Germany, UK, Spain & France) who pile in the biggest finances to the jamboree are anywhere near the top.
  24. Here we go union block votes coming up
