Robbie Savage apologises to Saints fans
Doctoroncall replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Exactly, if they say they are pundits, surely a bit of research would have given them what is important to all the teams. It seems a bit lazy to rely on who is left in the squad. Doing a bit of investigation is not a foolproof approach but he'd certainly gain plaudits having stated something new and probably be more accurate in his predictions. The only issue which didn't help is not knowing the whole squad if he was predicting before a ball was kicked and the potential for further loses. Perhaps pundits should wait until the end of the transfer window before making a judgement. I haven't a clue who is going down, it's pure guess work as I don't know much about the other teams and don't have the time to do the research. But I don't call myself a football pundit. -
I have to agree, the same thing happened to me! Great food first time but then about four years back, it lost its flavour.

Her hair always looks that bad. There is no bloom in that picture!

Lowest wage bill in the FL and rely on frees and loans so he's done well so far. Must be another reason.

This article will give you an insight, but basically, he's the front man of the Ashley regime, plays players out of position and has loaned out their most creative player to Hull.

Belbin is not a personality test as such but team role based on perception (self and others). It is a very useful tool and can help teams get a result! psychometrics tests have some check questions which do not count in the test but act as aid to investigator if the person completing the test is bull****ting, so if you do the random answers, this may show up.

So will the Saintsweb be connecting to other Saints message boards from around the globe?

I was surprised it was only Spurs after him, United, Arsenal and Liverpool would improve greatly with him in the team, none of whom have a proper DM.

Southampton whiz Harrison Reed gets senior England chance

So use the £30m profit to buy up other companies to generate income? A different idea, the company I work for make more money from the investments than the product they make! -

Toby Alderweireld Signs on Season Loan - Official
Doctoroncall replied to Aziz Yebda's topic in The Saints
Nicely put and agree with that. If the club can invest the revenue generated wisely, the team can continue to progress and depending on how other teams spend their money the Saints could climb the table or have a better chance of a cup run/win. Much then rests on the scouting and academy departments to deliver. -
As the window is closed now, change in predictions: Man City Chelsea Arsenal Liverpool . Saints 8th (unchanged) . West Ham C Palace Burnley It's tight at the bottom with many teams improving their sides in the last week of the window.

Redmond has PL experience which is a bonus.

A new approach to transfers, try before you buy aka, Taider.
-
Hopefully ends their interest in MS.
-
When does his current contract run out?
-
Much will depend on what the club think about Rodriquez's recovery and attitude as well as Gallagher's progression as to whether another striker comes in. Mayuka is not an option.
-
So how does Townsend compare to Isgrove in the footballing stakes? Also Rodriguez should be back in about 8 weeks.
-
I wonder when we'll have the majority of an England team that has come through the Saints academy? Possible current England selections: Shaw, Lallana, Walcott and Oxo Perhaps we'll see the potential breakthrough of Chambers and Ward-Prowse over the next few seasons. Who else could make it over the next few years? A great statement and should be seen as the number one choice for the best English (and other home countries) youngsters to come to for success so the club should have the best pick.

Because most of those that enter wouldn't be Saints fans so go for that angle. Entirely predictable as are the photos from the game with a big club in the guardian, of the dozen or so shots, only three were of Saints in a 'good light'.

Phil Neville predicts Saints in Bottom 3 at end of season
Doctoroncall replied to CalneSaint's topic in The Saints
A shame the TV has to rely on footballer names to act as pundits. Some of the journalists I've come across are good at expressing views and tactics better than the most. -

Or the fact if we could have kept them, the wage bill would have gone sky high and the sustainability of the club would be in jeopardy without a player sale. The club cannot win.

Ah, an u21, so doesn't count!
