The Boris cabinet is starting to feel like the Corbyn shadow cabinet, only full of those stupid enough to be part of it. Any competent Tories will be staying clear.

I'm sure I'm missing something but surely once the police investigation is over either 1. There will be charges or 2. There will be nothing but then the full report can be released? Obviously if Boris is charged then it's over, but if he's not but there is clear evidence that he was involved in the parties then surely he has to go for lying to parliament (amongst other things)? If the met conclude "it's impossible to make any firm conclusions" or something, there should be riots.
