  1. Yeah, JWP really isn't "too nice". He's just not particularly good at non-set piece football, just a solid lower premier league player.
  2. Guess the test will be when we're in a financially better situation if they take more of a moral stance. Personally I'd see betting sponsorship banned, but its clearly the most lucrative path at the moment.
  3. Le Tissier compared lockdown to the holocaust and Lambert shared a post that said Covid is an attempt to enforce communism. Both those things deserve ridicule.
  4. You'd have to add Ings and Vestegaard to that for a combined £40-50 mill. Hopefully we'll be assertive and spend some money on a reasonably proven striker. I'd assume we'll be putting our faith in Salisu next season alongside Bednerek, but we'll need an additional CB for depth, preferably one who can play full back as well, the lad from Spurs would be ideal but doubt he'd come here if not guarantee to start.
  5. Che is good enough as a second striker. His work rate and teamwork are great to have around more prolific strike partners. He's also pretty good on the ball and I expect he's notched up a similar amount of goals to assists. Assuming Ings goes in the summer, I wouldn't be looking to lose Che too.
  6. You're saying we should live in a world where noone shares their opinions on other people's opinions? Baffling.
  7. Oh no, please tell me you're kidding? My favourite ever player, would be gutted. Nothing wrong with not being particularly intelligent but there is with not realising it.
  8. Ah, that would explain the relatively modest price.
  9. Would be a good signing, though I'd be surprised if it's not higher than the 12-15 mill in the article.
  10. Whilst I agree with the point, let's not start being massive twats to fellow fans eh?
  11. Was excellent today, really dont think it's fair to say otherwise.
  12. Why does Ralph the same thing every fucking week. Change it!
  13. win both would be my preference
  14. Performances like this are almost as frustrating. He has as much underlying ability as any of our attacking midfields but just seems to really struggle with confidence. When he plays like this he's absolutely brilliant.
  15. "If those who are worried have the jab they don't need to worry about him do they." Its mental that a year into the pandemic there are people still thick enough to write these words. How can you not understand how vaccines work after all this time?
  16. Haaland would look crap waiting in the area, watching Redmond/JWP/Everyone else play another backwards pass. He showed early promise and the teams terrible at the moment. Probably should avoid the gram though.
  17. At least he appreciates how bad it was. Though he says the 2nd was a mentality killer, it was well overdue after the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half where we were atrocious. Thanks for posting though.
  18. Confidence and fitness aren't good enough to play the current system, so change it FFS!
  19. Not sure tbh, we've been horrendous over the last 3 or 4 months, we only looks competent against Sheff Utd. I'm really not sure we will win 2 more games, which we'll need.
  20. Even in the dying seconds they just play it about, what has happened to this side?
  21. Really struggling to defend him now, some fundamental issues he just refuses to fix.
  22. Everything has been terrible today
  23. Was he not good enough or just shattered by the 9-0?
  24. Part of me thinks we should play AM for that reason. If we're going to get thrashed, lets do it without damaging FF's confidence.
  25. The weirdest thing about Hughes' time was that he did a decent job to keep us up then abandoned the approach that was working (5 at the back) and sold/dropped players who had been crucial (Tadic/Bednarek) the following season. Tadic was brilliant in that relegation scrap.
