  1. Always thought he looked good when he played for Northampton Town, surprised he retired so early.
  2. What's that got to do with Brits' abilities to go and work in Europe as many would like to? And anyway the immigration side will soon loosen when they realise we need lots of unskilled labour in this country, unless you're suggesting that work will be picked up by Brits/skilled immigrants?
  3. Which isn't particularly easy to achieve. We literally had the freedom to work or live anywhere in Europe, which we now don't. It's a huge loss, especially for young people who want to go and do something different.
  4. I hope you're right and I can definitely see us having chance but we just look very blunt.
  5. We look solid but Germany have scored 6 goals and we've scored 2. Clearly we have a better defence but if we don't pull our finger out offensively this is only going one way.
  6. The fact he's only 35 blows my mind.
  7. The ultimate comeback kid:

    Where have I said that?
  9. 5 years and noone has named a single benefit of brexit apart from "Remoaner tears", what a sad, damaging things to have done.
  10. They're trying to sign Ben White so I assume they must be trying. Luiz has gone on a free for one.
  11. Potentially an excellent signing to play alongside Salisu if Arsenal let us have him cheap in exchange for guaranteed playing time.

It's specifically targeted at idiots, that's not just me being petty, it literally is. The entire approach is to say loads of random things that the viewers agree with. Most people, regardless of political persuasion will either mock or ignore it, but the idiots will not be able to see it for what it is and lap it up.
  13. I would be amazed if we sign a new GK, whilst it's clearly an area of weakness I just can't see it.
  14. Kane needs to get going or be dropped. We're currently playing with one striker and that striker has been hopeless, I actually think other than that we're been pretty good.
  15. Even if they don't think he's good enough to become a Premier League player they may feel like there is some money to be made by developing him as far as possible. Otherwise I don't really get it.
  16. From what I gather he's disliked by the knuckle dragger brexit crowd. I expect Labour have realised they're not going to win that lot back and need to build their votes around the liberally minded - be that Blairites, Boris-hating-Tories or Corbynites who appreciate that a "New Labour" is better than this cult-of-Boris government. I guess Bercow is popular with the anti-Brexit/Boris crowd that Starmer is trying to appeal to. One thing's for sure, Labour need more sharp personalities and Bercow is that, even if you don't like him.
  17. They need to make a call either way, at the moment there a just loads of ignorant youths roaming around on them. If you legalise them but with certain rules at least there would be some structure. Personally I think you should have to pass an online safety course before using one and they should be kept off the pavements.
  18. It makes for a very easy present.
  19. Doing little vids for decent money per minute is completely understandable. Better than his tin foil hat nonsense.
  20. Welbeck was pretty good for them tbf and I think you can get away with a couple of high earners. It's when you have loads of overpaid tosh like we have recently that you struggle.
  21. What worries me, is that they extended it as cases were rising under the current restrictions. Yes, increase vaccines will help but they need to go hard on things like self-isolation/big indoor meet ups in the next month or we'll be extending it another month.

Pleasantly surprised by the comments on here, I'd assumed you were all tin foil hat, culture war soldiers. I watched the first hour or so out of morbid curiosity and it was terrible, I'd thought with Andrew Neil and co that they were actually going for a right leaning, but legitimate news outlet. Instead it's a televised version of talk radio and is just a right wing echo chamber. It'll do well though as there are millions of loons who'll lap it up.
  23. Yeah, Diallo definitely isn't a destroyer. I see him as competition to JWP rather than Romeu.
  24. Not sure if mentioned, but apparently we're looking at Ryan Christie from Celtic. His contract runs out in January for some reason, so would be available very cheap.
  25. Surprised they didnt just agree to take a draw.
