As you've already pointed out we've already spent many millions but to what effect? A bigger income for us is like leaving a key of coke unattended at an NA meeting, bound to be abused.

I assume season ticket sales are counted whether they bother to go or not - the seat is 'sold' after all.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I believe the extension element was written into the original contract and based upon promotion. Therefore it was not something the club could 'choose' not to bother with as it would have been a contractual obligation. The only argument is whether they should have breached the contract - and the likely financial restitution in doing so - and whether that would have been better value for money than what we currently see!

Britain is no longer 'traditional Britain'. Probably hasn't been since just after the 1st world war.

And yet, allegedly, that was the plan. The new plan of course is to get us back there as soon as possible - we even spunked millions of this year's transfer budget on players for the Championship next season. Allegedly.

It's legal to have three wives in some countries. It's legal to not allow your wife to leave the house unaccompanied in some countries, even then they have to be covered head to toe. It's legal to marry girls as young as 12 in some countries. Seems odd that you would trumpet what is legal in some countries as if those should be the morals we live by here.

The vibes will be bad if we lose a few games (probably more than a few) if we carry on playing like we are. The vibes won't be bad if we start showing some fight, use players productively and drop the tombola / best mate team selections. 95% of the fanbase accept we are already relegated. Showing some balls on the pitch might start to cheer the fans up. A novel idea I know, but it might just work.

You should be directing your ire at SR. They were the ones who bought championship players (who largely don't even play) ready for next year in the Championship. Allegedly, 'the plan' has involved relegation all along.
