Should have kept your nerve really...i got on the 8.15 at Totton and bagged a seat. They let people on at each station after that. Although i hear the BTP were restricting numbers onto the platform at Southampton Central. Plain sailing in and no problems on the tube. Allowed us to have a couple of beers before the game and still be in our seats half an hour before kick off to soak up the atmosphere.

Little girl on the train up asked whether she would like a pony "no i want a hot tub" was her reply! Bizarre...

Block 524, so i had nobody on my right hand side and was practically right at the back. Such a stitch up when we got our tickets on the first day.

They've been advertising for jobs for months mind. I know this because i looked them up after seeing it advertised wondering what BestBuy was. Looks like a good option.

think i'd have noticed that...the atmosphere was gash where i was. we were well and truely stitched up on our tickets.

Emirates Stadium for £390m? There's no question that they took the p:ss with Wembley i'm afraid. They knew that someone would foot the bill. I thought thestadium was pretty impressive though myself. Getting a beer wasn't too traumatic and the seats had loads of room.

Stu also runs 18-30 holidays to Romsey for anyone interested. Pub round Baker Street on the way out. Pub in Embankment on the way back. It was the four cans of M&S belgian lager on the train that really finished me off mind.
