My initial view of Ralph is that he is a sound bite machine who is out of his depth in this role. I met him at the awards dinner and he was easily the least impressive individual I spoke to all night, probably 20+ all told. Not in what he said, but just the way it was false and cliched. Think Adkins but without the likeability. Time will tell, and I hope I am wrong.

Saints 1 Manchester Utd 1 - Post Match Reaction

Or a chance to let them know how much they are appreciated. More likely so they don't screw up their world cup chances by picking up an injury with 10 minutes of the season left. Every action being interpreted. Speaking of that, can't wait to hear Poch's interview. Everyone desperately trying to read things into -
I think the key there is 'one day'

If MLT says it is not Adidas I would be inclined to believe him.

I spoke to a senior player at the awards night and that was his view of what would happen. Albeit his words were "stronger squad".

He hasn't been on the site for 3 days tbf.

By avoiding the questions he is. He could have very easily put this to bed at his press conference or indeed the awards dinner.

Like any business. You can have rapid growth for 5 years, consolidate, and then go again. The danger would be that we sell too many and end up in a post 2003 terminal slide. What would also be criminal is to bet the farm on going for a top 4 spot and end up where we were in 2009. There is a middle ground, keep the current core squad and manager, sell Gaston & Osvaldo and reinvest some of that back in. Sprinkle in a few new scholars coming through and aim to maintain current league position whilst targeting the cups.

It's the joy of supporting a football club. Owners, players, managers and ticket surcharges come and go but the fans remain.
-
And for the record, and whether he stays or goes. This is the 3rd time MP has dicked around with threatening to go. At some point we might just be better to move on and rebuild rather that having this s*** every time a top job comes up.
-
I think everyone should consign themselves to the fact MP, Shaw, Lallana, Morgan and Lovren are all off. Therefore any off them that are still left here next season will feel like a bonus.
-
Why ask other fans when you haven't done a great deal yourselves? Get your fans to start with not filling the stadium and not buying any merchandise and then I'll consider signing.

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/brendan-rodgers-must-spend-wisely-as-liverpools-nearly-men-seek-to-build-on-revival-9348434.html £25m would appear to be the price that would test us. Can't see Liverpool going to that.

Interesting to see him tweeting lots of pictures today wearing a current Saints FC training top.

Barry, take the night off.

Barry, you are being both boring and tedious. Make your point and stop winding everyone up.
