If true, they need to go. Whatever happened to the club regularly being in front of the curve...makes no sense. They should have been working all season to isolate the weaker areas and start putting out feelers to players to make sure we can act quickly in the summer. Sounds ridiculous that they would come back from holiday and go "oh we should probably start thinking about trying to find some players to join us..." shambles.

No - and nor would they...but Adam Blackmore, Jeremy Wilson, Simon Peach etc, all said that was the case...keep the fans content for a terrible Jan window. We've been utterly incompetent in the last few years in certain areas.

Would expect he's on too much money here which rules him out going back to Italy. He needs to be considerably better than he was last year to be first pick though...

Cheers - have given a load of different cars a thought and still no closer to knowing what I want... Thought about potentially the Golf GTE. Might have a look at the A5 also. Don't really want a diesel as only ever had them - fancy a change. Have done a bit of research and although leasing does seem to be a really good option, a few people have mentioned about getting a loan and paying it off that way.

Difference is, that we need some quality and have done for ages - you'd have liked to think that we would have acted early to create a bit of a buzz after a dreadful 2 seasons of dross football. It's not like we already have a good squad and we need 1 or 2 to improve us, we need 2/3 just to keep us in the league next year.

There isn't many cheap players in the championship...some are going for £15m+ who have never played in the prem, it's mental. If we want cheap players, itll be from leagues which can't match the wages...i.e Italy.

1 in midfield? Not sure that'll work in the further stages...we'd get completely overrun, Dier isn't good enough to play there on his own IMO.

1. Overseas TV deal weighted in favour of the already rich clubs. This I dont agree with, but understand why they've done it...more interest in larger clubs etc 2. News to me... I've seen the obvious third kit rumours, however nothing on the home kit. Personally I'd rather they just kept a similar kit to this years, but unlikely...guessing we can't have stripes on the back anymore, so will probably look pretty awful by default.Possibly the home kit will be the same but with red and white stripes...sure someone can mock this up using some internet tool...(not Bournemouth / Glasgow / Heisenberg / Ekon Okereke)?
