I wouldn’t rule out JWP staying if we got relegated. Thought might be more difficult in reality. Probably also depends on who comes in for him.
-
ITV4 I believe. Pretty sure they were expecting the NJ derby though,
-
Feels like us and Bournemouth are gone. And it will be one out of Leicester, Wolves, West Ham, Leeds and Everton. Personally I don’t see Everton or West Ham going down… If I had to pick one now maybe I’d go Leicester to fall in.

£15 seems excessive tbh

For me: Bazunu; KWP(Bree) DCC Salisu Perraud; JWP Lavia Alcaraz; Sulemana Edozie; Adams Leaves the following out of the first XI: Macca, Caballero, AMN, Lyanco, Bree, Tino, Larios, Bednarek, ABK Aribo, SArmstrong, Djenepo, Elyounoussi, Diallo, AArmstrong, Orsic, Onuacho, Mara, Walcott This squad is far too big, so it's understandable some players will be in the B team. Let's just hope its Diallo and Bednarek...!
-
I think given how last week went. Id be shocked if players that are potentially in contention will be plying on Friday. Possibly players like Djenepo and ABK might play who may not be fit, but would DCC should start Saturday.
-
I disagree. From what the guys said last night, I think if we lose against Wolves it's over him.
-
I think there has to be a massive front footed performance this weekend to change fans ideas of what he is about. If we start playing like that every week, and start winning every week, then fair enough, but atm, that City result was the anomaly, not the others!
-
That’s not what I’m saying. And maybe it was a comment to appease the fans last night.
-
Rasmus seemed to think the Man City performance was the way Jones “wants” to play, so let’s see on Saturday whether that is the case.

Tbf. I’m surprised anyone asked about the women’s team given the current situation, but the woman who asked the question seemed to be heavily involved with the women’s team. She said she goes home and away to every women’s game, so was asking about funding and keeping the ladies team if we go down. Not something I care about particularly but fair enough if it’s something you’re interested in. He also mentioned that he hoped the women’s side would become completely self sustainable “soon”

They said that the reason why wasn’t Livestreamed was because they wanted to live stream the youth game and they couldn’t do both because they don’t have the staff. It will supposedly be put up on YouTube tomorrow in full without any editing. They are also concerned about swearing given where we are and wanted to bleep them out.

I managed to record it all, however no idea how to get it from my watch to my phone! Also got to drive home, will have a go later if no one else got there first. Generally my summary would be, people were firm but fair and respectful. My gut feel is they didn’t realise how much the bad feeling was towards Jones. They don’t agree with some of the decisions but they don’t want to micromanage the manager, they have to let him put his own stamp on it. They’re expecting a big response this weekend playing high tempo front footed, quick transition football. They’re all disappointed with where we are but they believe Jones is still the right man, as of now, (though I did have a brief off the record chat with Rasmus, and my gut feeling is they haven’t sacked him because they haven’t found anyone else.) The academy pathway is a key part of the club going forward. They need to (as a board) do more work to be closer to the fans and more involved with the local community. The bloke who was in charge of it kept trying to move it away from Jones chat but fans kept going back to it. There is an idea that all SR clubs will play with a similar ethos, so they have the opportunity to flip players between the clubs, but at the same time, that’s not specifically formation and specific tactics etc. that’s down to the manager. Probably missed a load out but sure someone else can add to this post. Driving home now.

I'm calling bullshit, but who knows.

I think those figures are absolutely miles off reality. DCC was one of Marseille's highest earners, and the reason he cost so little in a transfer fee. Livramento less than what JJMorgan wanted? England International (lol) AMN on £35k a week? Not a chance.
-
Personally, I think if we'd signed Gakpo, he'd be doing far better. Playing for Liverpool as a new signing replacing Mane is a massive ask and way more pressure. He's missed the step when he got used to the league, and he's doing that for a top side. He's not ready to make that step up yet IMO.
-
And Bertrand at LB,
-
I think it will be, but will be interesting to see if anything spontaneous happens... Clearly they can't control people saying what they want. And if it is a PR bullshit fest, then we know exactly the situation at the club. I think we're over the line of just turning up and sitting and listening tbh...

Replies are United....

Well it's highly likely you've got our score right unless JWP sticks a free kick in top bins, it's more about whether we can stop them scoring! Probably not. Smart money on 0-1.

It’s tomorrow. Might be why. 😂

Some people suggesting simply printing off and holding up the red #JonesOUT banner
