  1. Whole different ball game down that end Scotty - Whole different ball game.
  2. Blessed are the chosen ones
  3. It wasnt so much problems from local youths, it was really just about education. .....educating them that they really ought to pay for things from the shops
  4. Front cover must include pictures of; A Train, Police dog ****ting itself Parachutist missing it's target, A oversized Saints fan wobbling his fat A picture of Tina Cartons of Milk Pair of Clogs An Orange
  5. One stop from Sandpiper is less than a mile. Over the road you have the newly opened Premier and two doors down another fairly recently opened conveinent store. 7 mins walk max from Sandpiper Road. In the other direction about 1.5 miles tops (Less if you cut through the woods) you have Sainsburys and other shops. Your money might be better invested in a business degree
  6. Add another grand to that quote if they are male. Its murder, but I am afaid that is all there is .....oh and thats a pretty good quote youve got
  7. Thats exactly the one I am taking about, and he smashed it in from about 25 yards after a long run. - Great goal
  8. I ma not sure how twitter works, but it won't have done his "Hits" or "Follower" numbers any harm, perhaps he has a Job interview coming up.
  9. Gadaffi, just been on national tv ordering the police and army to "Crush" protesters and claiming he would die a matyr there if necessary. Britsih war ship re routed to sit just off coastal waters of Libya, incase they are needed to get Brits out. Gadaffi also stopping 2% of the worlds oil distribution. Oil prices went up within minutes of his speech. Another 24 hours and it will be all out bloodshed on the streets.
  10. When we heard the sad news of Markus, there was always the (Selfish) thought of how that would impact Saints and would we still have the financial clout to get back to the Premiership. The estate of a billionaire is not sorted out over night regardless of any one countries rules, as to who gets what and when. We have been and are in the control of the Markus Liebherr estate. The realists will know that ultimatley means anything can happen and to dismiss the fact we could be sold would be foolish and the CEO saying everythig is fine, doesn't mean a great deal (Thats his job) However the last month has shown, not just there is money, but the continued investment into the infrastructure (Staplewood, Property purchased), is not the actions of a Club "On the Market". Additionally forget how much wealth these people have, when there is a chance of 10 mliion (Literally from nowhere) (OXO) people take notice. Cortese can tell us all till he is blue in the face that he reports to nobody, but if the Estate had wanted to cash in on Oxo they would have done. Couple that with signing Lallana on a new deal and having million pound bids rejected for other players, it would all seem bizarre if the club was for sale. You also have to consider that a bournemouth sports reporter is a little further removed from a Southampton sports reporter who in turn the club don't even talk to. The likelyhood of a leak from anyone that genuinely knows is remote. That doesn't mean it can't or won't happen, but for all the time i thought it was a possibility, the timing now suggests the opposite.
  11. Is it really or this that just a guess?
  12. We are getting towards the business end of the season and tonight, as well as winning, results will go our way. Even some freaky results like a Plymouth win. I quite fancy Sheff Wednesday for a draw or even a win and hope D&R fight like fook. We will close the gap on the top two and start our automatic promotion push in earnest. Get down to the Bookies Saints Win Plymouth Win Sheff Wed Draw D&R Draw Oldham Win Peterborough Draw.
  13. Probably those Russians trying to raise some cash to buy pompey
  14. Huckerby - I just cant remember who he was playing for at the time. It was at the Dell. I found myself clapping and getting some very strange looks in The Archers. Havings said that, if you watch some of MLT's goals, you will quite often see the other teams fans clapping his spectacular ones.
  15. Enoough already about the reply..... I'm only intrested in the first game and Cockerills goal
  16. Seeing the Channon goal again (And not suggesting this is one even comes close) but whenever I think about Saints best goals, I always go back to a cold midweek night against Luton at Kenilworth Road, in what would have been around the late eighties, early nineties and an absolute cracker by Cockerill from an impossible angle, in injury time to earn a replay (Pretty sure it was the league cup).... Of course we cocked it up back at the Dell and lost to a Steve Foster Goal (I think) but I have never seen the goal since, I can't find anything about the game online and starting to think I imagined the whole thing. Does anybody have remember the goal or even the game!!
  17. Ahh Southampton Zoo, fond memories... Not! Stupid little ****ing otter, I was 11, of course I was going to put my finger in. I thought of that man-eating rodent, when they binned the zoo.. little bastard
  18. Thank you
  19. Deppo, will you please try harder? Davis is not in the top 5, so please rethink and come back with a proper answer and stop mucking around.
  20. Shilton Nemi Flowers Robsinson Budgie

  23. Its a bit more indepth that than Marco and the disagreement between Cortese and Benali runs deeper than just the house issue.
  24. What a load of ******* cr@p. It worries me greatly that you have any role, however trival on a nuclear submarine.
  25. Did you know that Milan had the singer songwriter arrested for that song (True Story) He wasn't impressed and there is a single line ( Will leave it to you to find) that promted a early morning knock on the door with police dogs and fair few coppers. The charge was "Inciting racial tension" All copies were destroyed by the old bill.
