This article (if true?) would indicate that Gaydamak and Chanrai are NOT in cahoots together, which would surprise me, as all along there seemed to be a devious connection !! Personally I don't see any great financial gain for Gaydamak taking this action, so it looks like he is being bloodyminded (if true, of course!).

Personally I don't think that this result (or any of the previous pre-season friendlies) means much at all, but I do look forward to the reaction of those you thought that we were destined for disaster based on drawing with Sutton and losing twice in Switzerland !!

I can tell you for sure that it is 'unofficial' policy in some jewellers shops such as Watches of Switzerland to negotiate with customers (particularly on the expensive brands) ! I won't divulge my source but please be assured that it is pretty near the top !!

Not me, I would start Puncheon over Antonio 9 times out of 10 because of his creativity, playmaking and (relative) consistency ! Antonio is a strong, pacy, impact player who generally excelled when used as a sub ! TBF they have different styles and I would be happy to have both in the squad but given the choice of one or the other I would opt for JP !!

I agree on this point, every other annual arrangement I have informs me of the upcoming renewal date ! It stands to reason that some may forget and if that is the case then both the buyer and the seller loses out !!

I too have a Wednesday mate and he says that last season whenever he watched them they were absolute sh#t ! He is also rather pessimistic for the coming campaign as he reckons they always take time to settle and have a history of ****ing things up whenever expectations are high !! I guess that they have a cross-section of fans similar to our own and that opinions will vary accordingly !
