Weren't we lowest on agents fees when it was posted a while back? I'm sure we'd paid less than a million while Liverpool near the top had paid about £12million or something stupid.

Yes, with thousands staying away because of Lowe.
And if people don't believe that just look at the huge upswing in attendances after we went into admin and he was gone.
Although there's a couple of pro head bangers in there.
This needs to happen more often, ensure the next generation doesn't grow up liking Bieber and One Direction.
The one that annoyed me the most was booking Lallana for protesting after the b*llocks handball decision in the first half - whatever happened to the captain being allowed to talk to the ref about decisions?
You mean like when he cried his eyes out after missing a penalty? How is expressing frustration showing that you've lost it in the head...f*cking hell.
Absolutely, thinking back to the QPR game those two passes Ramirez f*cked up to put players through on goal just before he was subbed, I think Davis would have managed to get it through.
It seemed odd that either he or the club would commit for so long at his age, but makes sense actually. He'll almost certainly retire after this contract is finished with.
Agreed, but replacement doesn't necessarily mean they have to be a similar type of player. Other teams do just fine with different kinds of strikers leading the line.
We've been promoted twice and have a very good chance of staying up this season (it's in our own hands, despite the drama on this forum). So all in all I'd say the recruitment department has done it's job so far.
