I can't help but think he will do an amazing job....or be the next Shteve. But would he be willing to bring through younger players with an attractive style of play? Like someone said, he would insist on playing Lampard, Gerrard, Lennon, Rio, Terry etc. I can see the attraction of going for someone like Beckham or Shearer. I would rather Harry didn't get the job as I will be stuck in 2 minds. I'd want England to succeed but I wouldn't want Harry to fail.

At least we now know it will get used. I'm assuming the pompey game and games at the end of the season if/when we're pushing for promotion. Shame all of those games are still a long way away. Thanks Mike.

Looking at that link, they're still obsessed with the 4-1. We've beaten them 5-1 3 times as well as beaten them by 3 goals on numerous occasions, we don't bang on about it. Inferiority complex I guess.

This was very good. First time I've ever sat up and took notice at half time. Doing things like this that involve kids from both sides usually get the crowd going.

Any update? Shame it hasn't been out yet. I think Leeds would have been perfect. If we do save it for the 'big' games then we wont see it until March/April time, as thats when we're at the 'business end', also when we play pompey and when the laster stages of the cups are played. Would be nice if the club could as least confirm what's going to happen.

Even if players don't stay loyal to the clubs, it's worth it for the income.

I would be over the moon with 8 points in the next 4 games. However, I feel we'll get more like 5 or 6.

Shame the bench has been cut to 5 this year. We will miss out on bringing youngsters on in games like yesterday. I wonder where Barnard will fit in when he's 'fit'

I was talking about places with good nights out and my missus' housemate last night told me shes from Cheltenham. When I mentioned it being near Bristol for a night out she said "No, it takes about 5 hours to get to Bristol. I'm from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. It's over the other side, closer to London" When I explained where Cheltenham is (her home town, where she lived for 18 of her 20 years of life) she refused to believe me. I showed her on a map, she says the map is wrong. I don't know if it's a case of she doesn't know where Cheltenham is, or that she doesn't know where she's from. This was only last night, you can imagine what a 'best of' would be like.

I would only want that so we can play them more. However if they got promoted, it would show that it will always be worth spending more than you have. They deserve to suffer. Them being 2 divisions below us just two years after they were 2 divisions above us would be amazing for banter...especially if we tak 6 points from them in the process. (This is my dream)
