There are very few players or managers that my dad manages to pronounce right the first time. So far Saints have signed "Koolaman" "Titchi" "Pen-lay" He still refers to Brett Ormerod as "Ormaroid"

Enjoyed that and would like to read more. My journey to supporting Saints was via Everton. A neighbour supported them and got me and my brother a mug and shirt each. Both our parents supported saints but as they tell us now, they didn't want to force it on us as we'd end up hating it. In the end we both came around in about 1993ish. My turning point was going to the Dell with my dad and watching Saints v Everton from the lower west. My dad knew exactly what he was doing!
