One of my staff has a son with chronic problems. He had pretty decent support from CAMHS but has turned 18 and is now lost in the adult system. One of the most positive things in the last few years has been companies recognising the issues around mental health as often previously the attitude was "get on with it" which is the sort of thing that ends up breaking people. I definitely had some issues about 5 years ago, was massively stressed for a long time and it took a full on panic attack for me to actually admit and address the issue. My manager at the time was amazing and when I looked back I could tell she realised I was in a bad way but I just kept saying I was fine until eventually I wasn't.

Looking on their forum, one poster reckons Targett has been their worst player this season and then another one hilariously refers to their opponents today as Wet Spam. It's not just on here that people side splittingly give other teams different names then.

Villa forum reckons that's the youngest team they've had out all season. Some players seem to be covering injuries in the first team squad, so not dissimilar to us last season.

Great result. Just shows that we are decent at most age groups when we don't have a silly number of academy players injured.

Nelly disappeared for ages but is now back. Not sure if she went home because of covid or something but she was a pretty permanent member of staff around St Mary's for quite a while after Gao took over. Maybe her reappearance means something is going on behind the scenes? That's pure speculation on my part though.

Superb performance. Totally bossed the first half and remained solid in the second. Some exceptional performances from Salisu, Livramento, Romeu and then McCarthy who not only made a stunning save at the end but got a vital touch to the one cleared off the line in the first half and claimed everything comfortably.

Lost 6-2, 6-1 to another teenager today. No one seems to care about tennis outside of majors though, certainly there was little fanfare for Cameron Norrie winning Indian Wells which was a massive achievement but he's neither young or female.

We also don't have money for him to sign anyone so he'd be largely stuck with the bulk of the players from this squad for a long time. There's no way he'd come back here either. He's just managed the biggest club in the world, he's not going to pitch up at a team near the bottom of a league with no money.

Isn't it a thing that they don't sell it upstairs but do downstairs? I have that lurking somewhere in my brain from the last time I went there.
