  1. Ha. I'm finding it perversely amusing, probably helped by the fact I withdrew 3x my initial stake a month ago. Waiting for the right time to buy more although timing that correctly is going to be pretty difficult. Every time I think it's hit the bottom it goes down again!
  2. Wasn't there some bloke who flew in from Denmark for every game? Have a vague recollection of him being interviewed on the pitch at half time once.
  3. Exactly. Other than a Hjojberg header that drifted harmlessly over I don't remember us having a shot in the second half.
  4. Terrible decision on the goal, terrible decision not to bring Boufal on for Tadic with 20 minutes to go.
  5. Cedric went absolutely mad at the lino and ref and got booked. Loads of players signalled handball after it went in but Cedric was the only one who really went crazy.
  6. Easiest way is as follows: Open Coinbase account. Transfer money to it and buy ETH or LTC (they are faster and cheaper to send than Bitcoin) Open Binance account. This is where you can trade ETH for other coins such as Ripple. Once you have traded coins you can store them in Binance. However if you have invested a fair amount of cash it's far more secure to send them to a wallet. Enjin wallet is one which holds a lot of different coins so that's a decent place to hold them. To be totally secure you can buy an offline wallet (it's like a USB stick) and store coins there or spread different coins across different wallets - some coins have their own dedicated wallets. There's so much going on in Crypto that it's worth taking time to read up about different coins. Most have subreddits dedicated to them which is a reasonable place to start for information (although you have to work out who to believe as people will post a lot of misinformation to suit their agenda, much like on here!) Obviously there are other exchanges and other wallets but you'll need to do a bit of research to find ones that are comfortable for you. Personally I'd not bother with ripple. It's had a lot of media attention but there are far more stable coins with potential for bigger growth. One good rule is to keep ETH as a fairly stable part of your overall holdings, then put smaller percentages into other coins. I shuffle my holdings around as I read more and find out about different coins. For example I traded a few coins to buy NEO the other day which looks promising as a long term investment. Good luck.

    The Dell

I was in the Archers too. Got a seat and some turf when we dismantled the stadium the week after against Brighton. Remember walking back past the Dell a few hours after the game and people were still in there playing football and ripping up the pitch.
  8. Sold all my Ripple a few days ago before it massively tanked which was good timing. Tron seems to be run by a crazy guy who is good at PR but doesn't have a product to back it up with. As for wallets, I'm using Enjin now. Simple to set up, smooth interface and holds a whole bunch of different coins. Aside from that I use Binance to trade and Delta to keep an eye on what's going on.
  9. A few reasons. The away support demographic is more suited to making a bit of noise than the home support. Yes there's less of us but a higher % of younger blokes on the lash than at home. There's the "them against us" factor. We have a few thousand, they have 5, 10, 15 times more fans than us but we're going to try and outsing them and make them know we are here. Less daytrippers at away games and everyone stands up which is more conducive to singing. You also have the people that sing at home all bundled into one section, so Northam, Itchen North, Kingsland North come together. Even those of us who normally sit in the family stand like to make a bit of noise at away games.
  10. The reaction was most definitely for Hojbjerg coming off because he'd been our best player, and many remembered what happened only days ago when he was stupidly subbed against Palace. He got the loudest applause of any player when he came over to us at the end. No one had in issue with Lemina coming on, just that it should have been for Davis. Aside from that our fans were decent and sang quite a lot to support the team. Redmond was utter pants when he came on, took over 5 minutes before he actually completed a pass to a teammate, seemingly he prefers picking out the opposition players or the advertisement hoardings rather than someone in the same colour shirt. Overall we did ok. A potentially tough game that before hand many (including myself) thought we'd struggle to come away with anything from. Bednarek did ok and kept Sessignon relatively quiet, although this was at the detriment of us having many meaningful attacks down the right. Totally understandable as he isn't a RB and was probably worried about getting caught out of position and leaving space in behind. Nothing's changed in regards Fulham's support since we last played there. Completely woeful, I think they only sang once in the whole game.
  11. People were singing that at Palace away.
  12. Loads flying up today. Ripple hit 3 dollars on some exchanges, still have all my original investment in it but may well take 50% out soon. VEN and XLM are doing very well for me at the moment. Traded IOTA for more of them the other day but may go back in while it's hovering at it's current price. Gutted I'm not on XRB but I stupidly only use Binance and it's not listed there yet.
  13. It was some teenagers. One went up to Bertrand, the other one fell over then didn't know what to do so jogged around for a bit before running towards the Itchen where he got ushered away by the stewards.
  14. Was visiting my grandad up in Epping today and timed my trip back so I could listen on the radio. Commentators on 5live were pretty complimentary about how we played and said we thoroughly deserved a point, if not more. They were very impressed with Boufal, Tadic and Long.
  15. Interstella and Tinker are both lovely IPA's. Swifty is ok, last time I went in they said they were in the process of switching out one of the hops for another so it may get better. Haven't tried the stout or porter, they aren't really what I normally go for. Really nice blokes that run the place as well. They'll spend ages chatting about the beers and the process if you want to.
  16. From the first time I saw him at West Brom away it was obvious he was class. Strolled through the easier games and was barely ever outclassed by the best strikers in the league. Sad that he's now ruined any love I had for him by acting like a massive bellend.
  17. I'm in, if only for the irony that all the fans that have loved to clap him every time we play Arsenal would start booing him once he misplaces a few passes.
  18. This is worth a read, lists all the local pubs and breweries. http://thomashallett.com/southampton-craft-beer-real-ale-guide/ Tap It brewery is worth checking out. On the industrial estate behind St Mary's. They open a few days a week and do take outs. http://www.tapitbrew.co.uk
  19. I have some XRP too. Here's my current list: ETH XRP ICX REQ POE OST XMR BAT VEN IOTA Been looking at ENG and OMG too but not sure if adding them means I'll have too many coins because I also want to up the amount of ETH I currently have.
  20. I have OMG, UKG sounds interesting so I will look into that because eSports is becoming pretty big. ICX has done well for me the past few weeks although pretty much all alts are down today. Traded a couple of mine in for XMR which seems to be the best privacy coin. All those drug and weapon sales on the dark net can only help push it higher once everyone gets fed up with Bitcoin and it's outrageous fees.
  21. I've been moving into to alts over the past few weeks. Traded all my bitcoin and some eth into smaller coins that seem to have potential. Currently got 9 different ones. Some have been performing well even in the crashes. Certainly makes it more interesting than just having 2 coins.
  22. Jason Puncheon, he hits who he wants
  23. Been reading a few articles about IOTA, could be a good one to go for now. I started buying Ether about 6 months ago so doing pretty well out of that as it stands today.

    Prowsey

He was ok. Can't stand the way he bottles 50/50 tackles though, did that right in front of us in the closing stages.
  25. Pretty sure we played 4 at the back but reverted to 3 with wingbacks when we were defending certain situations. It's a good way of doing things if the players carry out their instructions and it worked pretty well considering we limited them to only a few shots on target. Shout out to the grumpy bloke in Block 22 who came with a load of Arsenal fans who all got moved or chucked out at half time. He was adamant he supported Saints but lost all credibility when he accused the rather nice and diplomatic steward of being racist and started swearing in front of his young child. He stayed put but kept shouting "you're ruining my experience" at the steward which, to me, sounded like the sort of thing you'd say if someone kept throwing up during a hot air balloon trip rather than at a cold, wet St Mary's.
