Bertrand was injured. Cedric the main waver to the crowd on the lap of whatever it is, so he's probably off
-
Exactly. I'm pleased they stayed up. Good place to visit too if you like your ale.

How come? I've always quite liked them and it's a decent away day. Their fans are largely friendly and know their stuff. Far more odious clubs than them to hate.
-
Brilliant atmosphere, crazy scenes when the goal went in. Moments like that make all the miles up and down the country over the season worthwhile.
-
Love this post. It was right up there with our best away end celebrations. Our fans were great all night.

Always loved Bournemouth
-
Spent a load of cash on the stadium which was good but wasted far too much on average players. Difficult job for whoever takes over unless they have a lot of money to carry on pumping in.
-
They would have done years ago if it wasn't for Hans Segars taking a bung.
-
So what if someone pays for your ticket and travel. Buy your own ticket, get drunk with your mates and go to the game. Tell you what, if you filmed that it would be 10 times more interesting.
-
Surely our players will be too much in awe of their dugouts, floodlights and amazing atmosphere to have any chance of getting anything out of the game.
-
Checked my phone twice in the second half when the ball was out to see what Huddersfield score was. Other than that no need. My kids don't have their phones out during the game. As for the people leaving with 5 mins to go in the most important game of the season.....cretins, the lot of them.

Just watch the game. No one needs to see this sort of crap. You're at the age when you should be going out, getting completely off your face in the pub and going utterly nuts when we score. Instead you're more fussed about your YouTube video and selfie stick. Ridiculous.

Only home game missed was West Ham because we were on holiday. Been to 12 away games. Can't be arsed to add them all up but seeing all 4 wins in the cup would bump my score up somewhat. Highlight - Austin's last minute winner against Swansea Lowlight - Hoedt's last minute own goal against Man City at home to lose us the game and ensure relegation by 1 point.

I don't think McCarthy has really done much wrong and has proved himself to be a competent Premier League keeper. Hes made a few saves low down to the corners in the last 2 games that Forster would still be diving for now.
-
Huh? Charlton lost to S****horpe. Bradford beat Pompey who play Charlton on Saturday in a huge game. If they win then there's a good chance they will still make the playoffs as they have a guaranteed 3 points against Bury and then a final home game vs Peterborough who have been poor lately.
-
They were in front of us in the family stand during the first half. Was glad when they moved at half time. Waste of time.
-
From what I heard the Newcastle loan was all but agreed but then pulled because we weren't confident at the time that Bertrand would be hanging around much longer.
-
Gave it a go, showed more heart, commitment and skill than we have for a long time. Reflected by the fact they got applauded off despite losing.
-
An hour before kick off when the teams are announced.

Clutching at straws but at least other results aren't too bad!

You're right mate, but there will still be people clapping them off after another abject performance as there were yesterday. West Ham's protest worked in one sense because it fired up their players enough to give us a spanking. Despite a few lads, our support these days is largely too well mannered and I could never see anything like the scenes they had against Burnley happening at St Mary's. Most of our players would probably just laugh if off anyway. Palace are fine, no way they will go down. I think we're gone, just can't see us picking up more than about 4 points before the end of the season. -
Saw a chap at Wigan with a big sign. Didn't even seem to have any kids with him. Just wait. We'll have some cretin in the front row holding up their iPad with "can I have shirt" typed on it before the end of the season.

While I'm on the subject of tactics, why are we playing 4-4-2 with 2 'wide' men in midfield who spend all their time tucking in? On the rare occasions our full backs had the ball there was rarely a pass on up the line because Tadic and Redmond were wandering around the midfield. Get it wide, cross it in from 18 yards out or from in behind them. Don't rely on hoofing it forward on the off chance it will fall to one of our players. FFS.
-
Romeu has to play if we're going 2 up front because the midfield is overrun and we need someone with a bit of strength in there who can win the ball. He's worse on the ball than the other 2, but seeing as all we're doing is walloping it aimlessly to our isolated strikers it doesn't matter.

Apparently some woman got punched by a bloke in our end after the game. Anyone see it?
