7-0. I'm enjoying my levels of pedantry today!
-
Sorry to come over all MLG, but Luke Shaw's debut was a 10 minute sub appearance away at Millwall in the cup where he barely touched the ball.
-
Alan Green proper moans about everything.
-
No thanks. I'd rather listen to a 3 hour podcast from Alpine Saint than 3 minutes of Muse.

Great result. They are really very poor and it would have been nice to stick a few more past them but any win is good. We look so solid in the middle with Romeu, Hojbjerg, Fonte and Van Dijk. Cedric was excellent and it was good to hear more people starting to get his song and join in.

Really happy for him. Has had to wait for his chance but took it when it came. Anyone who watches the youth teams will know he's had the ability for a good few years but he's now added a bit more strength and game management to his play. I'd like to say I can't believe Koeman said that, but the snippets I heard from people who were in and around the youth team when he was manager make it more than plausible.

Decent for once. A couple of times he stopped play when he could have let the advantage go but he kept control well. The players made it reasonably easy for him with no bad tackles or controversial penalty shouts to decide.
-
I was trying to tell my mate about all the whores I'd ripped through in Prague but had to shout at top volume so he could hear which wasn't great considering we sit in the Family Stand with our kids.
-
RIP. Always a sad day when a fellow Saints fan passes. Thoughts with his friends and family.

The track played before the players came back on for the second half was Renegade Master by Wildchild who was from St Mary's. It was a massive tune in the mid 90's and then again a few years later when Fatboy Slim remixed it. Sadly Wildchild died in his mid 20's. Whether the club were aware that he came from Southampton I don't know, but if they played it with a nod to the local area then fair play to them. [video=youtube;-fLgCjHC6iA]

I was listening to Solent driving back from Fareham vs Sholing and heard the last couple of minutes. Pompey hit the post with pretty much the last kick of the game. Surprisingly I didn't near much booing, but maybe that's because it was drowned out by my laughing.

I'm cross with myself for booking it now just because it was cheap. To be fair, as someone that doesn't fly much, I wasn't aware of their terrible reputation until today! Having looked online they seem utterly awful.

Today's Smartwings flight to Prague delayed by 5 hours. I'm not holding out much hope for tomorrow.
-
A bit like some parents taking their kids to Peppa Pig World, leaving them on the Windy Castle ride then naffing.off to the pub.

Popped into M&S while in West Quay earlier to get some Czech currency. They didn't have any and said they keep running out because of everyone going to Prague for the football. Funny that.
-
Probably comps that won't be used. There were quite a few spare seats in Midjtyland despite the small allocation and large demand.
-
It's ok, don't panic. They've signed a striker from Hampton & Richmond who is coming in January to fire them to the top of the league and on to world domination.

Saints 1 Sunderland 0 - Arsenal away in the quarter-final
The Cat replied to St Chalet's topic in The Saints
No need to drink near the ground when you have half of London as an option. The away stand is crap but has a certain old school charm. -
National Express, Southampton to Gatwick. Arrives at 1200. Perfect.
-
I'm coming from Southampton, so probably not.
-
Is that an option?
-
Yep. Booked it then read a whole bunch of reviews saying how bad they are. Added to that I'm relying on Southern Rail to get me to Gatwick and there might be strikes on the Wednesday.

He was happy here until he found out how much money Everton were offering so he sacked his agent and manoeuvred himself into pole position for a job which he publicly denied being interested in. The massive bell end.

Vokins looks quality from what I've seen. Got a good deal ball technique as well.
