  1. I'm sitting comfotably...fire away...
  2. Give it time...
  3. Why aren't the local media asking these questions?
  4. Don't worry, you are not alone.... "Eets not rat, eets 'amster"
  5. Still doesn't explain why the OS wouldn't even 'bother' mentioning it....as other's have posted: since when have the club/OS shirked from publishing 'clutch at straws' good news before? This is either: (a) very inconsistent in-house journalism or (b) there's "something significant" connected to the game taking place that they don't want to shout from the rooftops
  6. erm...anything about Waals ? I'm sure the Echo and/or BBC South were asking all the pertinent questions....
  7. Nah...the press conference....I can't wait to find out who this Waals character is....
  8. Anyone know what time it starts?
  9. For example: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RNS Number:2577O Southampton Leisure Holdings PLC 18 February 2008 Southampton Leisure Holdings plc ("the Company") Appointment of New Manager The Company announces that Nigel Pearson has today been appointed as the manager of Southampton Football Club. 10. :smt005..
  11. Being a PLC aren't we legally bound to announce a change of manager (sorry, head coach) to the LSE the minute/second it happens? Am sure we've done this for every other team management appointment from memory. Curiouser and curiouser
  12. It's true, I managed to catch this picture of him leaving...
  13. Alan Sugar?
  14. Norfolk in chance
  15. Yeah, 'cause that thread is really helpful....
  16. He could always be an agent for football managers AND an investor. It's already posted that he was consulting for Vodaphone so it sounds like he's the type of character to have more multiple irons in the fire....
  17. Anyone know the time of the press conference today?
  18. What have you been told (the gist will do to protect your source etc..!) p.s. can't work out why the previous game would be significant? I think it was March 08 that Barcelona Saint saw him in the airport. I'd of course look it up if someone hadn't ordered the destruction of all TSF posts. (that last bit is tongue-in-cheek BTW....)
  19. In the same way that Fulthorpe had Shearer lined up I guess....?
  20. Hear. Hear. I think we've all missed the best 'target' in terms of peaceful protest(s). Aim next week's protest at the glue that holds the model together and those that have sat unaffected in the background might just start to feel uncomfortable with their position?
  21. Apologies....I have the attention span of a dishwasher
  22. Ok...sorry, was just playing my devil's advocate card there. Yep, have just posted on another thread that perhaps next week's demo is being aimed at the wrong people. If it was aimed at the people that the current regime relies upon for support rather than the people at the helm then we could see a pyramid of cards effect....
  23. Hmmmm....just a thought but perhaps the demo next week is being targetted at the wrong people? Perhaps if it was targeted at those who have historically aligned themselves with the incumbent regime it might jolt them into switching allegiances? Aiming at the sleeping giants in the engine room may be the best way to topple the people at the helm? Just a thought...
  24. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dorset/local_radio/ Not sure how soon the 'listen again' feature is available
