  1. The interview is already available on Saints Player, went up over an hour ago. He doesn't really say a lot apart from his usual cliches and no comment about transfer speculation (which is entirely understandable). http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/20110815/nigels-duel-with-jewell_2264122_2421127/0,,10280~2421127~1,00.html
  2. Saints scout Jakob Friis-Hansen (we think) working his magic again like he may have with Steve De Ridder? Erik Huseklepp in his youtube "best bits" videos... p.s. Erik Huseklepp is very good on FM
  3. Nearly all those screenshots have things you can't do/see in FM11. Don't let the fact the skin is similar confuse you.
  4. You can pre-order it on most online stores already. For example... http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/22857711/Football-Manager-2012/Product.html?searchtype=allproducts&searchsource=0&searchstring=football+manager+2012&urlrefer=search You will probably be able to get it cheaper than that though if you shop around.
  5. Where have you got the £10-15m figure from?
  6. Robbie Keane is 9 years older than Jay Rodriguez and Keane will have little sell on value compared to Rodriguez. This is reflected in the transfer values of both players. Plus Keane's wage will be huge in comparison to Saints' current wage structure. He is probably on £60k+ p/w.
  7. Why is Connolly undroppable? If Saints spend £5m plus on a striker as a Championship side, whoever it is (Maynard, Rodriguez etc etc) will be starting most games. Likewise Saints haven't spent £1.8m on a left back whilst in the Championship for him to be not playing. Fox will be the 1st choice left back.
  8. Well the £12m (rising to £15m) from Arsenal certainly helps.
  9. I'm not allowed to say any more than SEGA/SI say publicly about the game.
  10. Did it? I don't remember that. Also there would have been little reason to sing about David Connolly as he wasn't in the squad for the Torquay game, let alone on the pitch.
  11. Well done to the person that did this!
  12. Well done to the person that did this!
  13. He wants to feel loved! Even if sung in jest, the "back from the dead" song has a negative tone about it and I understand why he doesn't like it.
  14. I wish people would spell his name correctly. It is Seaborne, not Seabourne. No "u" in his name.
  15. Because he is not in the loop as much as a chairman would be as to what is going on. He apparently also said Mears and Eagles wouldn't be sold and they left soon afterwards earlier this summer.
  16. It is not the chairman on Twitter. It is the club's media spokesman on his personal account.
  17. He could quite easily say nothing, it is after all his personal Twitter account he is using rather than an official Burnley media source.
  18. My favourite new feature... Manage Anywhere, Anytime – the ability to add or take away playable nations in your saved game as often as you want. Manage in that country at the start of the next season- meaning you don’t have to stay in the nations which are chosen by you to be playable at the start of your career.
  19. Burnley club spokesman in the last few minutes... In response to the BBC Solent "rumour" that never happened... Time for the thread to close.
  20. That is an awful long way from being anything even remotely close to evidence.
  21. Apart from Patred's mate, did anyone else hear it?
  22. A Lithuanian "bank"? Oh wait, that is just Pompey. (I use the word bank in its loosest terms)
