Yep but the FA do exactly that. When you look at Germany and how many qualified coaches they have at grass roots compared to us it's quite bleeding obvious why they are where they are.

He's a coach not the manager - his job is to coach to the manager/clubs requirements. Just because he was ****e elsewhere doesn't mean he will be ****e here with the structure we have in place.
