Exclusivity is when the interested party has agreed a deal in principle with Gao, and pays (in effect) a deposit in order to look in more detail at financials etc, and aim the 'cross the Ts and dot the Is' of the purchase. Right? Curious how often exclusivity is reached and a deal NOT finalised? Is that unusual or common in these types of deals? Anyone got any idea who the America Group might be?
