Spurs have had a top team with top players for a few years now. I would say their team is stronger than Chelseas that won the league last season, just Conte got Chelsea to perform. Thats what I would measure his performance on.

Hes good, not brilliant - hasn't won anything substantial as a manager and a brilliant manager would have won the league with Spurs by now...I feel that the Spurs team is about to get pulled apart come next summer with the rumours of players wanting more $$$.

He is a good player who will create decent amount of chances, but been stuck on the left to accommodate Rooney.

To you maybe, but the outside world dont see it as such, the media couldnt get their head around us sacking Puel after a cup final and finishing 8th. If we get rid of MP while sitting in 10th place - why would any half decent manager come here with such high expectations in a league where we are generally considered a 8th-14th placed team.
