If Pompey weren't so **** we and were in the same league they wouldn't even class this as a derby.
So its PFC's fault.
Personally just see it as another game of the season, amuses me to see them big it up though.
S******...
but seriously, great away performance against a decent hard working team with a decent home record.
Be nice to get two league wins in a row...
Drogba is a free agent isn't he?
Can't see us splashing cash this Jan, maybe sign a player whose contract is running out in the summer for cheap like Austin last year.
If we were getting smashed week in and out I would agree, this season so far has been all about fine margins.
It will change (I hope)...I've not lost faith just yet. Koeman had a massive funk last year...it happens.
I may have misheard/not remembered correctly due to the intake of Rum, but a stat mentioned at the time of the game was FF had basically a clean sheet every 2 games...if true - not a bad stat for a ****e keeper.
A number of good European teams have the same model as us to produce & sell good players and reinvest in players with potential, and most of them get regular European footie at the same time. Its nothing new.
Crap game to watch with plastic Liverpool fans...can't see us winning - draw at best. Hoping I'm wrong. Our hope is that they are quite crap at the back.
We will finish 6th - 10th place this season, we aren't playing bad not creating chances. Some dross in the league this season so can't see us in the bottom six.
