Is it? Ok, I'll shut up then. Dean Windass
-
I hit a dwarf at a zebra crossing the other day. He came up to the driver's window and said, "I'm not happy!" I said, "alright, which one are you?"
-
And you're proposing to rectify this by signing the dinosaur that is Dean 'do you want gravy on that' Windass?

You'd need to be a sh*t-hot shot to get it. I'd advise a can of deodourant and a lighter for airborn foes.
-
Air rifles are fine against pigeons, rats and rabbits but less effective if you have an ant problem. HTH.

Not nearly as annoying as the Beyonce song IMO. Although several otherwise reasonable songs have been destroyed by being played endlessly on the radio. There was a time a couple of years ago when I could turn Radio 1 on on my 10 minute drive to work and you could guarantee to hear Hey there Delilah by the Plain White Ts. Made worse by the fact that I'd heard it a lot in Phoenix a few months earlier and was sick of it before it even got released in the UK. Rant over. -
Despiseable woman. RIP, but whilst I don't wouldn't wish cancer on my worst enemy, I wont be losing any sleep over this. It's sad that she left 2 kids behind, but with all the cash she made selling this sh*t to the media, they will probably be the best cared for orphans on the planet. Hopefully this episode will go a long way to raising awareness and donations to cancer research.

I hope it was fair trade porn.

This result was somewhat ruined by the blue few beating the blue er... scousers. Still funny though.

May I be the first to say... Can she play right back? And only Matt could have a kid who's initials are A BLT.

Not sure. 2,943 Road deaths last year. If we assumed for a second that everyone in Britain used a road vehicle at some point, that's 2,943/61,000,000 - 1/20727 people killed. According to this article, there is 1 death for every 1,000,000 lift tickets purcased. If you assume that each person only purchases one ticket, it's statistically a lot safer than a car. http://www.nytimes.com/1998/01/07/us/high-profile-skiing-deaths-put-spotlight-on-head-injury-prevention.html?pagewanted=1 I guess it all comes down to how you ski/board. According to the same article, about 60% of all ski fatalities involve a tree. So if you stay on the piste and control your speed, you can't avoid half the danger. You can fall over running, playing football and indeed most sports, and hit your head just as hard.

I ski a fair bit and don't wear a helmet. Several reasons, cost, comfort and having to transport the f**king thing accross Europe/Atlantic being the main ones. Lot of negatives for something which probably wont do any good in 90% of accidents. With regards to compulsory helmets, I think it's a tad OTT. It would be interesting to compare the % of road users killed in accidents each year to those killed in ski/boarding accidents. I'm not sure, but I reckon road users come off worse.

Well spotted, although I tend to tell people the place where I was born when asked the aforementioned question.

I'm genuinely baffled as to why Pompey are planning any kind of expansion. They can barely sell it out as it is and things aren't going to improve next season, assuming they aren't challenging for Europe. Added to that I can't imagine anyone forking out the cash for this.

Fish at LB, Skacel in the hole, McGoldrick can p*ss off. Sorted.

A few memorable endings to recent seasons: 2008 - Coming from behind to beat Sheff Utd and stay up. Beattie putting a hattrick past Leicester a few weeks earlier, then geting injured for our game made it extra sweet. 2007 - Rasiak scoring in the last minute against Derby. 2006 - Not the most memorable game (2-0 win over Leicester) but Marian's lap of honour had half the stadium in tears. 2005 - It all went tits up in the end, but come on, we all went mental when Norwich conceded and we scored a minute later. 2003 - The FA Cup Final and in the League ruining Man City's last game at Maine Road after they'd shafted us with the ticket allocation. Killer's goal was the difference between 8th and 11th in the League and pretty much paid for his transfer on it's own. 2001 - Fitting end to the Dell. Beating Man Utd and Arse in consecutive games. 1999 - Marian Pahars! Well, that's as far back as my noggin goes.

Unexpected moments are a big plus. I remember the 3 goals in 6 minutes against top of the table Brum 2 years ago. When Kenny scored against the run of play I was delighted. When he scored the second I was hugging strangers in the Itchen. When Skacel got the third I nearly collapsed. The look of all the livid Brummies hurling abuse at Maik Taylor as we celebrated. Then they got 2 back and just when you thought we were going to throw it away and the Brummies are singing, "gonna win 4-3", BWP comes on and scores with his first touch. Magic. Favourite players scoring against least favourite teams is always a plus. Pahars and Beattie (x3 ) against the Skates. Tessem against Spuds. Skacel against Leeds. Rasiak against Derby. etc.

Ah f**k 2-1 to Barnsley.

I'm genuinely not sure if you're being sarcastic there.

Is this the old, "loan out Bart, rather than admit you made a mistake signing Forecast in the first place" trick? Forecast, Pulis, Gasmi, Pekhart, Smith, Robertson and now Bart. How many pointless transfers does one team need in a season.

Retarded system. Just changing the rules to suit Ferrari. Massa didn't deserve to win last seasons Championship because he wasn't as consistent as Hamilton. Hitting Coulthard in Australia, spinning off in Malaysia, spinning 7 times in Silverstone, taking the fuel rig for a walk in Singapore. Would love it if Someone like Button or Kubica won the WDC, but Ferrari would have won on the old system. Love it!

TBH, I saw Hatch in the ressies and he didn't look anywhere near ready for first team duty. In fairness, this was just one sub appearance back in November, but still he was outclassed my most of our players, including Thomson, Robertson, James, Davies, Imudia, Mills and Gasmi. When you consider how far they are from being CCC quality, James aside, it isn't surprising Hatch hasn't featured much.
