  1. We had the same problem - 'thankfully' the main perpretator kicked the bucket a few years ago so it's not much of a hassle any more. We tried all kinds of things, even bought some Lion poo to put in the flowerbeds, which supposedly scares them away. Just a tip re: the lion poo, it doesn't work.
  2. What name would this be then? Tisdale?
  3. Dan Petrescu would be good actually. Played with us for a bit and is doing well with his team in Romania. Played at Chelski as well so possible connection with Wilkins hence why he's still here?
  4. Howe Zola O'Neill Tisdale Shearer Adkins Jewell Mowbray Wouldn't mind any of those tbh. If it's Ince I will literally kill myself.
  5. I think Elephants lack the dexterity required to use either of those objects, therefore rendering the joke unrealistic and pointless. The best gags are grounded in realism. It's like making a joke about the skates winning... 3/10
  6. Charlton fans really are a load of c*nts aren't they? Aside from that, thanks for a great time last season Alan, the JPT final was amazing and will live in my memory forever.
  7. Phil Brown - no thanks. Got lucky getting Hull into the Prem, aside from that he's a sh!t manager imo.
  8. I have a horrible feeling it will be Zola. Although he wouldn't be a bad choice, I would hold out for somebody with a bit more experience. Martin O'Neill would be perfect, if not a bit of a long shot.
  9. Oh dear, that decision could come back and bite us in the arse. Think Cortese has this one wrong personally, Pards is a very good manager and more than capable of leading us out of this division. Feel sorry for him actually, he's put in a lot of hard work over the last year and a half to assemble a quality team and get them playing properly, which he's done. Gutted actually.
  10. Why Lescott is anywhere near the squad is anyone's guess - he's absolutely sh!te. I'd play; -------------------------------HART------------------------ G.JOHNSON---------JAGIELKA---------CAHILL---------A.COLE ------------------------------BARRY------------------------ ------------MILNER----------GERRARD-------A.JOHNSON----- --------------------ROONEY----------CROUCH---------------
  11. I'd like to see Saints excel in all ways possible tbh, and I think the retaining of the JPT + promotion would be a fantastic season. It's another winnable competition, and there's no reason why we can't add to the silverware cabinet again. It'd be a nice way to finish our time in League One (for the forseeable future) by winning promotion and another cup win at Wembley. With another signing or two, we'll have the strength in depth to be able to put out a changed side for cup competitions and still be a force to be reckoned with imo.
  12. He never passes and always runs into dead ends. If he can work on his team game then he'll become a good player, you can see he's got the technical ability. He just needs to learn it's Southampton FC not Puncheon FC.
  13. We'll be fine. Pardew knows there are weaknesses in the team, he's said as much in numerous interviews, and we will make the necessary signing(s) to strengthen our weakest areas.
  14. They were really on form weren't they? What was your highlight? Crown of Love and Power Out were my favourites, and of course Wake Up at the end. Apparently the Leeds crowd weren't that great, I didn't think the Reading one was that good either, but watching it back it seems that more people were into it than I thought at the time.
  15. Saw them at Reading yesterday - absolutely phenomenal. Got tickets for the 02 show in December as well! http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00tn70l/Reading_and_Leeds_Festival_2010_Arcade_Fire_and_Pendulum/
  16. Pedro The Lion - The Only Reason I Feel Secure
  17. I'm tuning in, need to check what the site looks like as i'm going tomorrow + i'll probably watch what they show of Biffy Clyro, Billy Talent and Phoenix. Tomorrow is going to be amazing, even if Reading is incredibly sh!t.
  18. They accidentally spilled pasta sauce on the paperwork. Mamma mia!
  19. It's Estuary English, not Mockney. Some aspects of it have spread as far as Sheffield and Glasgow, so I wouldn't worry too much about some extra glottal stops tbh.
  20. I think it'll be 1-1, can't imagine what it'll be like on here after that result!
  21. Opinions, I know, but Chinese Democracy was the biggest pile of sh!t i've ever heard.
  22. Just have a w*nk and go to bed then you pussy.
  23. No, i'm moving next week. Want to come with me and dig some wells? I just obtained the entire discography of David Bazan, the guy behind Pedro the Lion and Headphones, and i'm dying to put it on my iPod and listen to it while reading the rest of my book. Maybe i'll just go to sleep. ......but then i'll lose the staying up game. Hah! You won't beat me that easily!
  24. Anyone got a USB iPod lead I can borrow? Thanks.
  25. I watched that the other day too, thought it was pretty good. Not as good as the first film though, of which i'm a massive fan (it's called District 13 or Banlieue 13 to give it the proper title..). I recommend the first one actually, there are some very good fight and parkour scenes. David Belle, who plays Leito in both films, is a real life parkour enthusiast and stuntperson, he does everything that you see in both films. Some of it is pretty mind blowing!
